"Guy" who keeps looking at memes by trans women specifically: Nah I'm getting on estrogen
Shouldn't large amounts of old and disabled people in a country be the sign of good? That means that your healthcare is at least good enough to keep disabled people alive and for a long time.
If all the people in a society are able bodied then you failed as a society because it means all your disabled people have died
au idea that should be more commonly done: taking characters who are canonically singlets in separate bodies and making them members of the same system
idk why people are paying attention to this post again but hell yeah

From what I'm aware, this is actually an old claim that started with Plural Deep Dive.
But the Plural Deep Dive claim was much more narrow. It was focused on specific groups created in 2002 called the Lancers and Pavilians that were ableist.
Now, I do think that when you are reading the plural deep dive, it's important to remember that this was created by somebody who was anti-endo at the time. That perspective shaped a lot of the articles. Especially the older ones.
That's not to say it's a bad resource. I find it amazing for preserving plural history as it has. I truly respect the creator of the Plural Deep Dive for all the work they put into it. But it should be kept in mind where their mental state was at the time and what their biases were when creating it.
I will also point out that they did later become endo-neutral and maybe pro-endo (can't remember) before they left. I think when they moved to the plural deep dive website, part of that was that it was supposed to be more neutral than the articles on the original plural deep dive blog which had a very anti-endo slant.
I don't know if they would have came to the same conclusions they did back then if they had looked at the same material after changing stances.
Personally though, I don't agree with the Plural Deep Dive's opinion on them being a "hate group."
I don't think that it meets traditional definitions because I don't see it as attacking CDD systems themselves, with the exception of some exclusionism.
For reference, here is a definition of a hate group.
My opinion is that while there may have been a bigoted element to the Lancers and Pavilions, a lot of what they're accused of being a hate group over was trying to de-medicalize dissociative identity disorder. Which, while a negative thing that I would agree is based on ignorance, also makes sense for a group that was active during the DSM-IV era when there was a feeling that multiplicity itself was inherently being pathologized by psychiatry, in large part because disorders lacked the "clinically significant distress or impairment" criterion that was later added to the DSM-5.
Now, some have pointed out that the DSM-IV did have similar clauses explaining what a mental disorder was at the beginning of the book, just not in the criteria of every disorder as it does now, which means the perception of pathologizing all plurality may not have been as true as it felt. But either way, it was at least the layman understanding of the criteria at the time that it pathologized healthy individuals just for being multiple.
From their perspective, they were being unfairly pathologized for their healthy experiences just as other queer people had been. They organized to protest this and spread awareness of natural multiplicity.
And it's notable that these groups disintegrated just a couple of years after the change in the DSM-5. And for the most part, the change in the DSM-5 ended previous calls for demedicalization. The DSM-5 came out in 2013. The Lancers and Pavilions' last activity was 2015.
I won't defend them too much but I do think the designation of a hate group is a stretch. For the most part, their activities were not against people with DID. They were against the diagnosis as it was written in the DSM-IV.
One could compare it to the activities of trans activists at the time who argued in favor of removing "gender identity disorder" from the DSM. Because remember, gender identity disorder was a disorder listed in the DSM-IV.
But... I mean, they did also discriminate. There was definitely a lot of ableism. They were very exclusionary.
The Lancers, for example, made people pledge that they were "sane" to be able to join.
There is definitely a sense of throwing people with dissociative disorders under the bus to legitimize themselves. That they were playing respectability politics. An impression of "Don't lump us in with those crazy multiples over there, we're natural multiples! We're normal, unlike those people."
So, yeah... I can see both sides of this when we are talking specifically about the Lancers and Pavilions. While I can understand the argument for saying these were a hate group, I would also say that it was far less overt than sysmeds who will proudly make flags about how much they hate endogenic systems. Or for that matter, the new "radnormals" whose entire ideology is defined solely by the people they hate and are against. Sysmeds and radnormals are much more overtly defined by hatred of others.
Timeline Turmoil
Regardless of whether you decide the Lancers and Pavilions are a hate group, natural multiplicity dates back to the very early days of the internet in 1996.
The Lancers and Pavilions didn't come about until 2002.
Even if you were to say that the Lancers and Pavilions were a hate group, they're still a splinter group. Most natural multiples were not part of the Lancers and Pavilions. And they didn't form until six whole years after natural multiplicity was coined.
And this is where the current sysmeds, spearheaded by anti-willos plagiarizing the plural deep dive, have stretched the original accusation far beyond its original intent, conflating every group of natural multiples, empowered multiples, etc. as if they were one singular monolithic entity, bearing collective responsibility for the actions of each other group.
As well as conflating those groups from back then with the modern inclusive plural community.
I refer to this as the "inclusive plural community" because there isn't really a modern community for just non-traumagenic and non-disordered systems specifically. Instead, you have a community with inclusive views but is very mixed. I would go so far to say 70% to 80% of the inclusive plural community isn't purely non-traumagenic. They are pro-endo traumagenic systems. Or they are mixed origin systems.
It also merged with other groups of multiples that developed independently. Early on, there was a soulbonder community that merged with healthy multiples. Around 2009, you have the tulpamancy community forming independently on 4chan, which then later moves to tulpa.info and r/tulpas, and many who started out in those communities joined with the larger plural community.
The modern inclusive plural community shares some DNA with the old healthy multiples, but it's also soulbonders and tulpamancers and daemonists... And a lot of at-least-partially traumagenic CDD systems.
It's pretty disingenuous to say that the Lancers, a small exclusionist splinter group which didn't allow systems with mental disorders, is the exact same group as the Plural Association which is ran by a traumagenic DID system.
I guess my ultimate point here is that while there have been small splinter groups like the Lancers in the distant past which did have a history of exclusionism, today's plural community is defined by its inclusion and diversity.
The modern plural community is a shining beacon of tolerance that stands for every plural system, regardless of their mental health or origin or spiritual beliefs! Letting them know that they are not alone in the world! That the things that bring us together are more important than what separates us!
It is this beacon of tolerance and inclusion and diversity that sysmeds seek to topple and destroy!
And since they can't go after the inclusive community for its inclusion or diversity directly, they bring up these small exclusionist factions from the distant past.

#idk what this means or if i do this but ig i'll just hold my phone with my pinky stuck out from now on??
Good question, also no that won’t help.
shitty MS Paint 3 minutes doodle, nto entirely accurate: When you have your pinky hooked on the “bottom” edge of the phone for the extra security so it doesn’t slide out of your hand that easily, you’re wreaking damage on your hand, since the pinky is extremely askew from it’s resting position. You might have noticed that when you hold your phone like that for long time it begins to hurt, like when you are gripping a pen too tightly for example.
Green lines - the fingers are going their natural way. Red line - the pinky is way off, that’s bad.
Me: Oh, good thing I never-
Me, looking down at hand: By talos this can't be happening
oh thats why my hadns have started to always be in pain ok

happy pride month
this one kinda hurts when i see it every pride month. im glad to see an art piece of mine still circulating, and with nearly 100,000 notes too! it just hurts that im separated from it. everyone in the notes thinks im gone. im still here, but my potential community and connection is lost because im forgotten in place of the art. yeah, my deactivated profile does add to the profoundness of what i was saying, but i am still removed.

pro tip: you ever see someone, anyone, making reference to trans men having short heights or small sized bodies or small genitalia even, that is immediately your sign that that person is deeply hateful and should no longer be given the benefit of the doubt or engaged with.
there is this odd sort of plausible deniability that is happening these days because references to things that make trans men physically dysphoric is not widely seen as an issue, (because if we take issue with it we are just upset about being ‘emasculated’ and are not trans people with dysphoria. obviously.) and that leads to people talking about us in explicitly transphobic ways with minimal to zero push back.
if someone was constantly referring to the large height and size of trans women in disparaging or fetishistic ways i’d hope you’d be able to clock how fucking weird and transphobic that was, and this is no different.
