i dont think those jokes are like. made with ill-intent. it just gets on my nerves because theyre made so often and the general sentiment of "fictives are funny" gets spread around so much and — look i know being a fictive kind of. is funny. sonic the hedgehog is working at walmart. picture it. pretty funny. but like, that seems like... almost everything. that goes around. that and "i hate fictive-heavy fakers" and "having fictives is the worst i hate it when we get fictives #fictive #plurality #fictive-heavy" like idk its the least bothersome of the three but im still tired of it. maybe not of the jokes themselves so much as the ever-present idea that the best fictives can be is "funny"
