I actually love how comprehensive this is. It starts with a header saying whether or not you need to go to the ER and then breaks down what you might experience if anything (e.g. if you chewed on it and broke the kernel you might get a little nauseous from the cyanide but you don’t need to seek further help unless it’s persistent or you also get x y or z) and then they say how they determined that response.
