Cause when I write fire my random ass crossover fic at 3 in the morning after trying to sleep and failing, the only thing I'm worried about is if it scratches the Itch. Suddenly I have 1000 words.

Talia al Ghul was studying medicine in Cairo when she met Bruce for the first time. In later issues, it's mentioned that she had to leave to help her father with... whatever the fuck ra's was doing.

I just think it's really ironic, in a good way. Damian chose to become a doctor, to study medicine. And he chose this, a normal-ish life, over the life his father lived, and the life his siblings lived.

Every single other robin, chose to be there at some point. Damian was literally born and made for this shit, but he's the only one that made it out.

Dick is still Nightwing, fighting crime just like always. Jason CAME BACK FROM THE DEAD just to continue doing the vigilante schtick. Tim is... Tim is tim. Steph is still spoiler, hanging with fucking oracle and black bat. And Duke is the fucking Signal.

Damian was trained, prepared, and in some timelines, genetically engineered to do this shit, and he CHOSE to be a doctor, just like his grandfather, Thomas Wayne.
