Ce qui est très chiant, c'est lorsque ça arrive au moment où je m'y attend le moins. Dès le lever par exemple. Et je me dis que c'st injuste, car je n'ai rien fait qui ai provoquer ça. Sauf que la vérité c'st que mes trouble apparaissent en décalé de ce qui les a provoquer.

Un coup de stress ? La réaction arrive 2 jours plus tard. Une période globalement stressante ? Attend un peu quelques jours, tu vas avoir droit à une semaine de nausée et de stressautement de muscle qui l'empêcheront de parler, de dormir, de t'exprimer correctement. Et tu pourras pas en parler et tu seras d'une humeur agréable à cause de ça.

Je ne sais pas quand ça arrive, je peux pas prévoir. Et si je me mettais à avoir une grosse crise quand je suis seul.e ? Et si je pouvais soudainement plus me débrouiller seul.e ? Je sais pas ça m'énerve tellement et on me dis "fais de la méditation" et dans ma tête je hurle toute les insultes du monde. Il faut croire qu'à chaque mots retenus, à chaque insultes non dites c'est une nausée de plus, une douleur de plus.
