Crying in the corner again. I feel like a bad kid

I don't mean to be a bad kid.

I can't live alone, not fully, not unsupervised. I have my own rented appartment, but I have to be checked on daily by my parents.

I can't work, I'm very socially stunted so I get picked on or taken advantage of EASILY by other adults. I assume everyone will be as kind as I am toward them, and despite being proven wrong multiple times, I can't stop. I suppose it makes me naive.

I can't study, I did my absolute best, but school is a very triggering environment and burnout is never too far away. My record is two weeks without being absent.

And why oh why ? Trauma, autism, other disabilities.

Does anyone else get incredibly upset and overwhelmed when they don't feel completely understood when trying to explain stuff. I over explain or re-write so many posts over and over again until I feel at least somewhat understood. It's so upsetting no one will understand my experiences or thoughts the way I do until I over explain to the max and even then it's not always guaranteed. All I ever want is to be understood in my experiences especially ones relating to being a perma-regressor.

Little nonverbal/semiverbal one, drawing on a little whiteboard.

Taking a while to tap buttons on a text to speech app, asking for juice or cuddles.

Watching cg or friends and just laying over laps and feeling content.

Rambling with markers on paper, babbling with spirals between sentences and cg reading over your shoulder and answering.

Pointing and making noises! Whining or meowing or going babababa or doing the throat raspy thing.

Making little secret gestures with friends or cg so you can communicate easily across rooms or in crowded places.

Stimming by repeatedly tapping the same symbol on text to speech app - meow meow meow meow

Borderline doing pantomimw when not understood immediately and your people slowly getting better and better at knowing what you mean.

People reading to you and you listen and tap things in the book .

Playing videogames with someone and them being okay with you using ingame chat or not talking or pausing the game so you can type or sign or write etc.

Quiet parallel play dates, maybe listening to cds together while doing stuff!

Hiii! Heres the big question, have I ever felt shame about being a permakid? The answer is absolutely yes. I think being ashamed and afriad and disgusted with my self has been a big part of my journey. I use to face internalized shame almost daily over the small childish things I would do. Something that really helped me deconstruct that was having a good support system. Ive been friends with @lilbugbug for about three years now and shes been supportive of my regression since we met. Then theres my mom who is incredibly supportive and encourages it because it makes me happy and as she says "not hurting anyone". Now I know that not everyone in life will support me, but what matters is the people I surround my self with do. Secondly EXPOSURE THERAPY AND LOTS OF IT. Something thats helped me the most is forcing my self to do things that make me ashamed because I know in the end underneath it all its what i truley want. For example theres been many times Ive bought toys at store even though I could feel the pit in my stomach growing and the self hate in my heart. But I bought it anyways and you know what? I ended up feeling better about the next time I went to buy toys. Sometimes I act silly in public because I know deep down I want to even if my first reaction is to hide it away. Keep forcing yourself to do the uncomfortable things until they become natrual. Because of doing this exposure therapy like method I can now use bottles/sippys around the house, play toys around people, bring stuffies in public, unmask my silly side, make gear purchases with out distress. Now dont get me wrong I still have my days where Im embarrassed and shy about it. But its MUCH better then when I was in the pit of it all. I hope this all helped have a wonderful day!

A girl was walking in the woods on a nice, sunny day. When she sat down to take a small rest, a wild Mankey came up to her and stole her hat. She was caught off guard and tried to chase the Mankey to get her hat back. She assumed the Mankey was being mean, but it eventually gave her hat back. It looked sad while handing her hat, and she realized that it was probably just lonely.

She asked the Mankey if it wanted to join her on her walk and it nodded it's head. She realized it seemed a lot happier now that it was spending time with her. Even though it's a bit cheeky, she still likes it just the way it is. When she walked home, the wild Mankey followed her home. She asked if she wanted to stay with her, and it nodded yes again. So, she and Mankey became friends and partners. Now the Mankey wasn't alone anymore.

Beach Day

Chad agreed to help Audrey babysit the girls…obviously they have very different ideas about what that looks like XD

In the alternate timeline Chloe and Chad actually have a close relationship so she loves playing with her brother and is having the time of her life 🤍 Audrey’s happy to hold Red while she crashes from being in the sun too long lol. You know Auds mom’ed this entire trip and packed the best lunch for them later.

Tauros and Lucario go with their human trainer to their local pride festival. The weather is perfect and there's so much humans and pokemon celebrating and having fun. All kinds of pride flags are hanging everywhere and there's balloons and music.

Tauros and Lucario make sure their trainer is safe from any rude homophobic/transphobic people, so they can have a fun day. Tauros and Lucario wear rainbows to show their support for their trainer.
