Okay I’ve been try to find this fic and I’m not even sure if it’s still on ao3 but it’s about Tim and Jason, Jason is Red Hood and Tim’s a kid. Jason basically adopts Tim and Tim meets some of Jason’s goons/lieutenants, he figures out it’s someone’s birthday and then Jason has to throw a birthday party for like all his goons. His second in command is named Marco and that’s all I can remember. Oh and Marco kinda likes and is terrified of Nightwing and Dick thinks it’s funny.
