Mystics Understanding

Only you can determine if all is right, that everything is good! No matter what circumstance you find yourself in! No matter how deep the hole is, you still will know that all is right! Whether you are in a war zone, or at a calm beach resort, it is still all is right. The environments and the circumstances make no difference as it will always be, all is right!

So, what is all is right? What is its fundamental and universal conception?

It has nothing to do with any physical emotions. The same emotional intensity that super religious groups chant, sing, and dance uncontrollably as on an emotional high! It is not the same emotional intensity when your favorite sport team wins the championship! It is not the same emotional intensity when you made lots of money, had sex, or got a great bargain!

To most people, these high, emotional intensities are what they strive for! What they find as their meaning in life! Most people just do not care, and nor do they want to about anything else! They are content in their pursuement to acquire another high, emotional intensity! They go from one high, emotional intensity to another one. They want to magically jump from one mountain peak to another mountain peak! That's their life and that is all they know!

Intellectually, they will read about, or hear from someone on the media that there is something else. This is the difference between knowing and using electricity, from actually, physically touching electricity! They will see appliances using electricity and that is good enough. They have no need and no desire to touch electricity and to feel its overwhelming power.

What is important to them is that the appliances give them comfort and peace of mind, rather than the effort of touching and feeling the power of electricity. To them, just knowing that electricity has power is good enough!

But once the appliances no longer work, what happens? Nothing is all right!

This has been a leftover from our childhood days. When we first learned words and meanings to objects and our experiences, our parents would tell us the words and meanings to these objects and experiences. We would naturally recite back those words and meanings to them. This is the only method to make sure that the child understands: the child repeats the words back to the parents.

This reciting then became internalized. We would tell ourselves the names of these objects and experiences. It didn't take long for us to have our own internal, running dialogue. By labeling objects and our experiences we were learning and expanding our knowledge of our world.

We never thought that by having an internal, running dialogue was limiting ourselves. "I'm doing this. This is a tree. This is rush hour traffic. Today's weather is gloomy and cold. My car is low on gas. That dog is pulling its owner..."

Is it no surprise that when we want this monkey on our back to stop talking, it doesn't. We have created this internal, running dialogue. And, now we want it to stop by using another internal, running dialogue.

We created it and we gave energy to it. We have created an uncontrollable and self-propelled monster. You can not stop the word already thought of, but can stop yourself from adding the next word! Just don't add the next word!

The internal running dialogue of constantly labelling and naming can only be stopped on its own and not by you! Just from not adding the next word. Once you catch yourself beginning to name the objects and experiences and adding it as the next thought, just don't continue adding it. Eventually, the internal, running dialogue will lose its steam. At first you might not add the last word of a ten-word sentence. Slowly, the whole sentence word-by-word, will end from you by not adding the next word! This takes time, patience, and constant awareness.

What causes us to constantly and silently talk to ourselves? It has become so ingrained in us that we think nothing of it and it has become normal and natural. It is our way at analyzing life! This is how we organize and construct our reality: justifying our past actions and attitudes and projecting it onto our future!

"What will I do today? That didn't go as I planned. That person does not like me. My boss does not give me his respect. Will I pass that exam? I didn't mean to do that. .." This is an endless list!

So, who are we talking to? I am talking to who? Am I just repeating and reenforcing my "I"? Can I just look without saying those sentences? Can I just be aware without saying those words to myself? Just look and be silent?

These sentences and words are coming from your 3D physical body and all those are 3D chemical, molecular, and cellular reactions! The 4D you does not need those 3D sentences and words! Your 4D existence has already knew this!

We are accustomed to using the singular pronoun for all our individual actions! "I bought this. I did this. I saw this. I felt this. I touched this. My stomach hurts. I have a pain in my arm. I went out with her." We do this automatically, naturally, and it becomes second nature!

Using singular pronouns as an attachment to every thought and action we make and do, gives us the impression that there is a singular entity doing all of this! We then have this conception that, somewhere and it is mysteriously out-of-reach, there is this singular entity with a shape, purpose, and design. We might view this singular entity as being inside our head, inside our brain, and is our mind.

We probably view our mind as this singular identity. This is another structure created by the vortex of illusions! Have you observed directly this singular entity that dwells somewhere inside you, or it has direct access to all your movements and thoughts? No? But this singular entity must have a structure, at least a skeleton of existence! There must be something there? This is the vortex of illusions!

The vortex of illusions are emotional attachments with beliefs, conceptions, and understanding!

It is your body doing, initiating, and controlling all the movements. It is the body's heart that beats the blood faster after the body has done 30 minutes of intensive exercises! It is an emotion of the body that prompts certain thoughts, feelings, and actions. Every movement and every thought is initiated and controlled by the body. Not from any singular entity! Not from any "I"! Not from any singular mind!

We have known and experienced since childhood that when one faces one's demons, fears, desires, and emotions, their grip disappear and dissolve. What once triggered an emotional outburst as a child has seemed to completely dissolve. However, if not all the emotions had been faced, a remanent remains into becoming more of a sophisticated and emotional reaction. As a child, when one does not get mom to buy the candy bar, the child goes into a tantrum at the store. Now, it is at the office, home, or public places and the tantrum changed its form into a more carefully constructed and crafted displeasure.

This facing one's obvious demon is just at the surface. Our history of accumulating and acquiring knowledge, experiences, and beliefs use this same underlying principle: attaching an emotion to an input. The input is anything that enters our brain, from a simple thought to any action!

To go deeper into this vortex is by releasing these connections! Obvious emotions of outbursts are at the surface. Have you noticed the body of an agitated person and compared it to a peaceful person? An agitated person's body shakes, blood pressure rises, and the face becomes rigid. The energy from the agitated emotion flows throughout the person's body. The energy is wasted and flies in all directions and the body can not handle it! Whereas, the peaceful person is calm, relaxed, gentle, and easily approachable!

What is at the bottom of the vortex? The construction of our reality. The appearance that all physical objects are solid with a shape with physical characteristics are experienced by our sensory process interactions and these are all inputs that are attached to pain!

What is the very first thing we had learnt in life? As soon as we are born, what is absolutely the very first thing we learned and it stays with us until we die? And, it is this very first thing we had learnt that began our vortex of illusions?

It is pain! Pain, not pleasure! Inside the womb, the natural warmth, nutrition, and protection was always present, normal, constant, and consistent. Pain is created from a difference! A sudden shock! A sudden extreme!

A newborn baby cries and is shocked from the differences between being inside the womb from the outside! The baby's crying does not come from pleasure, but from pain! A pain signal that survival heavily depends on!

And, what is pain? The body's emotional reaction! Where does this emotion disperse into? Does it disappear once the pain is gone? It becomes the body's attachment! Emotions have energy! The energy of the body's reaction to the pain! This energy is trapped within our body and within our brain!

After we have learnt pain, pleasure is then experienced. Pleasure is the absence of pain. Over the years, both pain and pleasure became more complex and sophisticated with a wider range of experiences, interactions, and triggers.

So, every action we do and every thought we make, an emotion is attached. Each emotion has a form of energy. Each energy has a different frequency and vibration: from the very strong and powerful emotions, to the weak, subtle, and commonly acceptable as being normal and unnoticed ones.

So, to dissolve this vortex of illusions, these emotions must first dissolve which then frees the trapped energies! Think of this as matter and anti-matter meeting and immediately annihilate each other into boundless energies!

For example, you have a desire for everyone to like you. Attached to this thought that everyone has to like you, is an emotion. The emotion and this thought that everyone has to like you, must meet each other and then both will dissolve and free the trapped energy! The trapped energy lowers your frequency and vibration!

We have been bombarded with statements that what we are experiencing and observing are not real, only are self-constructions of our mind! That everything is a vibration. We live in a world of deceptions! So, what is the cause for our self-construction of reality? Can we get out of this illusion, escape the cave of Plato and free ourselves? What are the steps, if there are any?

In my opinion, we must first start with our assumptions. Mine is that there is a 4D expanding force at every point in space and at every moment in time that moves all 3D objects. Secondly, from this 4D expanding force, 3D objects are created when the 4D expanding force interferes with itself. Thirdly, during this process, some of the 4D expanding force is trapped inside each of these 3D objects. And fourthly, the trapped 4D expanding forces self-combine with other trapped 4D forces and what we observe as life and our consciousness are from this long-time duration process.

Now, I come upon the cause(s) for our self-created illusions that we consider as normal and real which no matter how hard we meditate and try, we can not shake off this deception! We must be on the wrong path! We must have taken the wrong direction and no matter how many steps we take, we will always be on the wrong path going in the wrong direction!

If the expanding force of the Universe trapped some of itself, then life is unavoidable and is inevitable! The level of intelligence depends on the available building blocks for self-organizing that forms the escalator for intelligence! In other words, the trapped expanding force self-organized and created life! Our environment was created by life for life to continue itself onwards on this elevator of intelligence!

The trapped expanding force within the inert rocks, volcanoes, molecules, wind, and water self-created the environment for life! There is no need for this fine tuning: the highly impossible conditions necessary for life to exist! These fine tuning numbers were not random outcomes of dismal probabilities, but the long process with the inevitable outcome that the trapped expanding force will always self-create the conditions for life to prosper! On Earth, all the necessary building blocks were here and all it took was time for the trapped expanding force to self-create the conditions for intelligent life: us!

If we were originally in the 4D existence of pure, unbounded spiritual existence, then what would forced us to leave this existence and fall into a lower state of consciousness and wonder? The numerous spiritual teachings fall short in explaining this. Pure speculation! For the Universe to understand itself? For the Universe to explore and become self-aware of itself? For us to grow and become one with the Universe again? None of these reasons make sense!

It makes no sense for us to be deliberately forced out! It could be it was done by a side effect? A part of the process when the Universe came into existence. When the Universe exploded its 4D expanding force at every point in location and at every moment in time, at one location one expanding force interfered with another expanding force at another location and during this process, it trapped another expanding force inside pushing to get out. This then suggests every object has some form of expanding force inside that has the ability of self awareness and consciousness!

If this is the only logical approach, then the Universe is teeming with consciousness with some level of self-awareness within these trapped 3D objects!

We are then a side effect of the Universe's process of coming into existence, just like all the other 3D objects! We are like everything else in our fundamental existence and structure, just having more of this sameness!

Here's a recent discovery on sperm whales having an alphabet. Science has known for 30 years that sperm whales communicate and thought it was just simple calls for each other. The recent discovery is that sperm whales actually have an alphabet using Chinese-type tonal stresses to distinguish one sound from the others!

So, how does this impact our conception of consciousness?

Our existence's existence is our self-awareness which is the moment we opened our eyes and "sense" that which is not "sensing me". We separate the two: my "sense", from that which I am "sensing". We distinguish my own's "sense" from what I am "sensing". What we "sense", we "feel something unknown" and then we immediately interpret into words, thoughts, emotions, actions, and other filters the brain uses. This is our "beingness", the moment we opened our eyes, we exist! We "sense" an unknown, a mystery, and immediately we use words to interpret!

How does this come about? Let's assume you came out of 4D. We have no history of interpreting and understanding what 4D is. We can not even imagine what 4D is. We can only speculate. We came out of that 4D! We do not even have a hint for how long we had been in this 4D state. We only know this 3D world.

What happened which caused us to open our eyes? Your physical brain is in your skull. It is dark! It has no direct connection to anything outside of it, and yet, blood, vessels, and nutrients get to it. Your brain's existence depends on these chemical and cellular connections, and yet, you have no "sense" of them nourishing your brain for its survival!

Your brain is in a dark skull, cut off from all "sensations". It does not actually see light from the sun. It does not touch the chair. It does not taste the food. It does not smell and it does not hear. All these and also those sensations coming from your internal organs when there is pain, for example, are all interpretations by your brain.

So, where are all these interpretations located? These interpretations are consistent and logically follow rules and procedures of binding all these sensations into a useful and generally accurate interpretation.

Beingness is from the opening of one's eyes! And, from the Source of all life. A 4D entering into the 3D! Sensing this is simple and yet is quite elusive! It seems to dissolve immediately when words and thoughts occur!

The beingness seems to be a force that alters the composition of your physical existence! Alters your point of view, alters what you once thought was vital with the highest ultimate importance, becomes trivial! Alters your desires, emotions, beliefs, thoughts, and goals in life! The beingness, from your point of view, seems to be a powerful storm that enters inside you and thrashes about altering forever your identity and personality!

To sense beingness, words and thoughts block the access to sense it directly. Words and thoughts can only assume and speculate what is left behind after the storm has passed through. Words can only observe the debris left behind by this storm!

This is one of the reason I describe this storm as 4D! We have no baggage and history of thoughts, ideas, interpretations, and attitudes on 4D! We can not imagine what 4D actually is! We have over the thousands of years have imagined what God is, what Spirit is, and what Soul is. This then blocks any chance of sensing this 4D existence!

Then, to sense 4D, one does not use words, ideas, and attitudes. One has a near-blank conception of 4D! This then allows the 4D nature to penetrate, as you have very little words, ideas, and conceptions on what 4D is.

4D is a complete mystery to you! And to sense this mystery, allow the mystery to explain itself and not your words trying to grab onto it, otherwise it will dissolve!

Below is a detailed explanation by a world-renown mathematician on the holographic principle. Namely, that we do not live in a 3D world, but on a flat surface. The boundary is the location of the projection of our 3D world. My expanding force takes this one step further!

I assume many will not completely grasp what is being said in the below YouTube video. Perhaps, later by my writings and insights, I can bridge this gap.

Historically, our pineal gland is viewed as being our third eye. Mainly through meditation, one can activate the pineal gland and enter into a higher level of consciousness.

600 million years ago a worm, in which we evolved from, had one middle eye and two eyes, one eye on the left side and one on the right side. Eventually, the worm became stationary and lost the two side eyes. The logic being that the worm no longer used those side eyes which then became dormant. After millions of years, the stationary worm became mobile; probably due to environmental changes. The mobile worm went back to using the side eyes which have an advantage in locating motion, and the worm no longer used the middle eye. Eventually, our eyes became more complex and our middle eye became the pineal gland.

What is fascinating is that our eyes still communicate with our middle eye by sending signals. These signals then allow the pineal gland to monitor our day-to-night cycle rhythm! Also, during meditating, with our eyes closed, our eyes are sending signals to the middle eye, our pineal gland! As our eyes are closed, as in a sleeping state, there is less noise and distraction and allows us to have a greater access to our higher consciousness!

The process of opening your eyes is the moment when you go from nothing to being something. When we say, "being", "being" is our physical interactions, experiences, and outcomes. It is completely physical. From the one-cell creatures to humans having trillions of cells. "Being" is in the quantum world, as well!

We tend to label our ability to open our eyes as having consciousness and self-awareness. The reason we can label this opening your eyes is because we have trillions of cells that are organized in such a way that allows us to have complex speech and language, memories, and thoughts! But, all these are just outcomes of this opening one's eyes, going from nothing to "being" something.

We are able to say we have a consciousness, because we have enough cells to give us this ability to say that we have a consciousness. A one-cell creature does not have the same number of cells to be able to say it has consciousness. We are just able to say we have one! A one-cell creature is just as conscious as humans are, and it's just because the one-cell creature is unable to say it has consciousness. The difference is that we have the ability to say we are consciousness and the one-cell creature does not have the means to say it. Both are just as conscious as the other!

Each thought and each word you have is created from this process of opening your eyes. The words, "consciousness", and "self-awareness", and "being" are all words, are all physical, and are all outcomes from the process of you going from nothing to "being" something! When I say, "being", you sense something. You sense more than just the word, being. You sense the actual "being". The "beingness" itself!

Words and thoughts are built from other words, thoughts, and ideas, like a pyramid, one layer on top of another layer, and so on!

You open your eyes! That is all! This then propels you through all your life! This simple and elusive change has created everything you have did, all your knowledge, all your experiences, all your interactions, all your reactions, and will continue to do! For all of eternity?

Imagine you are in a 4D world, and when you suddenly open your eyes, this opening your eyes propels you into this 3D existence! After this moment, then everything else is just an accumulation and record of all its activities. All this from this simple, but powerful moment that continues to ceaselessly expand!

When a new-born baby is slapped on the buttocks by the doctor, suddenly the baby is awaken! This is opening your eyes! Whether, or not one reasons that we came from a previous 4D existence, or if we are a material product of evolutionary causes and effects, the effect is still identical: you open your eyes!

By opening your eyes, you distinguish and separate oneself from the outside! A barrier of you and everything else! This is throughout all of life!

A one-cell Lacrymaria has no brain, no nervous system, and no stem cells, and is highly manoevable in its cell level environment to get food and to avoid harm! (see at 12:26). Or the single-cell slime mold that during its initial growing stage which takes 600 minutes, it senses the "strain angle" produced by its environment. The slime mold grows into the direction and pathway created by the higher density strain angle! (see at 13:35).

You have created your own existence! It was you that brought you into this world! You did it and not anyone else, nor anything else, nor the Universe of 4D vibrations. It was all you that brought you here into the life that you are having now! Totally, all you! Scary? Suddenly, you opened your eyes, and here you are: in a 3D world of existence!

The world of vibrations is where you came out of. The world of vibrations did not push you out of its 4D world and shoved you into this 3D physical world of existence. Nothing external to you that shoved you out of this 4D world of vibrations. It is solely you who shoved yourself out of that 4D world into this 3D world! Nothing forced you to open your eyes! You did it all by yourself!

This same shoved in which you opened your eyes is also the same process in which you use to interpret this 4D world of vibrations as a 3D world of physical existence.
