And so it begins.. 26lbs and counting
I had been with my boyfriend three years before he cheated this Summer, and of course followed the uncertainty and self doubt. I have never been happy with my body and although when I lost 3 stone when I was 16 the feeling of happiness has now stopped. I guess only putting on one stone in 4 years (bearing in mind it was Yo-yo'ing) isnt too bad!
But I miss that self confidence I gained from my weightloss. The surge of excitement and motivation when people mentioned how much weight i'd lost and how slim i looked! It made me feel so confident about my body image.
And yes, there is a possibility that the body confidence I gained found my previous boyfriend.Β
Now in an ideal world I would absolutely love to weigh about.. 8 stone. Personally that has always been a goal of mine, but if i start to lose my curves I wont take it that extreme. 8 stone is the weight of my two favourite idols, Shenae Grimes-Beech and Mollie King and therefore why not aim for something that utters true body confidence like those two girls. I will obviously take into consideration my own health and I know that sometimes 8 stone is too low for body weight.
So.. at this present time, post breakup, I weigh 9 Stone 12..
I have 19 days until I go back to University and I would love to lose 12lbs by then if possible..Β
I have lost 10lbs in 10 days before using this method of diet so fingers crossed.Β
Overall aim is to lose 1 Stone, 12lbs! I am so ready!
Right so just incase anyone does by chance stumble across this post, i will put down my method and daily progresses.Β
Method: Personally this method works for me, I am not recommending it to others. I just know that it works for me and I am happy with it.
