Ingredients: 1 cup shredded coconut. 1 cup avocado flesh. 1/2 cup lime juice. 1/2 cup honey. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup coconut oil. 2 eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/4 tsp salt.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Diced coconut, avocado flesh, honey, lime juice, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt should all be put into a food processor. Mix until it's smooth. Put the mix into an 8x8-inch baking dish that has been greased. When the edges are golden brown and the middle is set, it's done. Before cutting it into bars, let it cool all the way down. If you want, you can add lime zest as a garnish before serving. Have fun!
