She watched the fight unfold in front of her, but didn't bother to stop it. It wasn't her fault that the two drunken frat boys were fighting. Hell, all she had done was sit down. Rolling her eyes, she grabbed the drink and walked away from the two that were fighting and over to someone she knew. "Well, well, well, it's good to see you." She greeted. @ggstarterblog

"Of course it's good to see me, Katherine." Bryce said with a smile. "I'm fucking amazing." She added and took a sip of her drink. "How are you doing?"

"Jesus fuck." Sterling covered his ears and winced as he heard a loud scream in Central Park. He uncovered his hears and sighed. "Apparently someone just saw a celebrity. I'm not sure if I like or hate my fae-hearing if I'm being honest." @ggstarterblog

"That was ridiculous." Bryce shook her head and ucnovered her own pointed ears and shook her head. "Fucking Hel, I will never understand that."

"I need you to get the fuck out of my face right now. I'm literally still in college, and whatever the Bruins do, is not on me, so fuck off, before I punch you in the face." He said and watched as the drunk walked away. Walking up to the bar, he ordered a drink and looked at the person who came up to him. "Put their drinks on my tab too." @ggstarterblog

"Do I want to know whatever the fuck that was about?" She asked him and cocked her head to the side. "Thank you." She added and told her drink the bartender and looked back at Graham. "You shouldn't let assholes get to you."

"Thank you so much for meeting up with me for lunch. Life has been beyond hectic lately, and I promise, lunch is on me, order whatever." She smiled at the person she had gone out to lunch with. @ggstarterblog

"Well thank you for inviting me out. I've been feeling so stuck in my own head lately, that I'm glad you offered to take me out." She smiled at Emmeline.

Bryce laughed. "I am in the same boat as you, Mor." She said to her. "Though, it wasn't very fun waking up when my chest started to glow, I could have gone without that."

The detective squad room was quieter than usual, save for the occasional ringing phone and the hum of conversations from nearby desks. "We have a new witness? That's great news, Chief. I'll stop by as soon as possible. Thank you." Ren set down the phone on his desk and took a moment to process what he'd just heard. A new witness had come forward regarding his father's alleged crime. For the first time in a long while, he felt hopeful.

"Oh do you?" She asked with a smile. "That's awesome, Ren. Do I get to know what the news is before we start celebrating?"

tamlin raised a brow and looked at bryce. "i...i'm not having a pity party, i'm just trying to avoid certain people, and if i go out with you, i could run into them and that is the last thing i want." he said. "okay, then i guess let's go and get drinks."

"You're having a pity party. Aren't you a High Lord? If you are, you're a pathetic one. You need to get out whatever funk you're having and get over it. I don't care how harsh it sounds. I've been through Hel and back, I've almost lost my life to save a whole place, you think I'm going to be nice to you because you have some exes running around? Boo-fucking hoo Tamlin."

"Isn't Mysteries & Mayhem the name of a podcast already?" Nate raised a brow and chuckled at the question. "I'm going to be honest, I did not, but that sadly seems to be the new norm here." He shrugged and raised a brow as he watched her flinch. "If you have PTSD, we can do something else."

"Oh! Is that so?" She said, tilting her head. "Don't worry, the name's still very much in the works. I just came up with it a second ago. How about… Curious Case Files? Sounds snappy, right?" She said as she pulled out her voice recorder. "And… that was nothing! Just me being dramatic. I'm totally fine, promise. Anyway, are you ready to start?"

"I have no clue, some of the people I work with are obsessed with true crime podcasts, and that sounds like one of the names." Nate said and nodded. "That one sounds good. Hey, there is nothing wrong with being dramatic, it's what sells for things like podcasts and TV."

"Well what the actual fuck did I ever do to you to make you not trust me?" Nate questioned her. "And fuck you, I'm not about to go into a pity party."

" Well, considering that I went to school with you and know all the shit you did, kinda helps...but there's something about you that I can't put my finger on, but I know, I just know... You're not to be trusted." she admitted. " And language, Mayor... you're inside school grounds."

Nate scoffed and shook his head. "First off, just because we went to school together, doesn't mean you know me. Second off, I'm not even the same person I was five years ago, let ago back in high school." He folded his arms across his chest. "I'll watch my language, but I'm not going to be judged because you have an idea of how I am."

"Good, because you honestly did not have a choice, Emir." Bryce smiled. "Literally nobody can ever tell me no, or go against me. It's very illegal."

"Hell yeah, I don't actually know the last time I did shots like this, so count me in."

"Well than that just means that this is a sign from the Gods for you to start doing some shots, and that you need to shots more often than you already do."

"I knew I liked you for a reason, Imogen." Bryce smiled and danced a bit. "Come on, let's go and drink."

Bryce smiled widely when Dylan agreed to go and get shots with her. "Hell yes! I knew you were a shot girly, Dylan!" She laughed. "Come on, where do you want to go?"

"Oh my God, what is it with you men and your pity parties?" She rolled her eyes and looked at Tamlin. "Womp, womp you didn't get the girl, and now you're wallowing in self pity. Get. Over. It." She told him. "Now, you don't have a choice, High Lord or not, you're going to get drinks with me."
