sorry for bringing this back but I am Tired of seeing fics and such about Viktor regretting writing his memoir post series like. absolutely not. just because his family is attempting to make an effort now doesn’t cancel out all the shit from before and Viktor had every right to write about his own life??? also the hargreeves are dramatic as fuck, we don’t know that Viktor ever Actually said anything bad about them other than ‘they were mean to me’ lmfao. the vibe I got was less ‘hit piece on my siblings’ and more ‘I’m tired of being completely invisible I just want people to know I exist and experienced these things’. like he just wanted to talk about his own feelings bc no one ever cared to ask about his feelings 😭 also the siblings made it seem like there weren’t any lies in the book, no embellishments, they were just pissed that it didn’t portray them in a flattering light- so like, if anyone should be feeling uncomfortable or regretful in regards to the book it should be them for pushing Vik to that point 😭 mini rant over have a nice night
