In A Fowl Mood Today

Headcanon that both Artemis Fowl Jr and Sr have PTSD, and there are nights when none can sleep because of their nightmares.

Artemis Senior knocks on his son’s door one day on a business trip to find him panting in bed, looking around wildly, and they just look at each other, no words exchanged as father sits beside son, a hand stroking his hair until he falls asleep.

Argon: Why is he doing this, the so-called ‘criminal mastermind’? If he didn’t want us in the Manor, why point up ‘as long as he was alive’?
