You do the Knight in Shining Armor thing and storm the castle to rescue her.

You find her. She's in a severe state of undress. Her butler is also there.

You try to get her to leave with you, she refuses and immediately starts killing her captors with a combination of magic and shocking brutality.

She tells you how happy she is to see you and kisses you. She is still severely underdressed and isn't listening to you telling her to get dressed.

She tells you to get somewhere safe because she needs to go kill God. She says her butler will keep you safe.

She ends up killing God

You are now the ruler of the realm because your girlfriend killed God.

Not clear how they learned this (I'm kidding, Hoid definitely told them), but somehow, Cosmere characters have become aware that in the books about their world's adventures, they are main viewpoint characters.

1. Kelsier

Kelsier: Makes sense. I'm pretty central to a lot of things. Kelsier: And a trilogy, huh? I can see it. Kelsier: One book for Mare & my adventures, one book for the Pits, and one book for the rebellion. Hoid: [whispering something] Kelsier: What do you MEAN I die in Book ONE?!

2. Tress

Tress: ...I just don't think it's right. Charlie: What do you mean?? You went on so many great adventures! Tress: Yeah, but you were a rat! Tress: Everyone prefers the cute animal POV, right? Tress: You definitely should have been the main character! Charlie: I-I think you might be blinded by love...

3. Adolin

Adolin: Listen, I get it. Adolin: Of course Kaladin and Shallan are main characters. Adolin: Anyone would want to read about them! Adolin: I'm okay being a secondary character. Hoid: [whispers something] Adolin: Storms, really??

4. Vin

Vin: It's not like I don't understand why. Vin: Just another burden I've taken on, I guess. Elend: [Looking at her with shining eyes] Elend: My wife is SO cool!

5. Vivenna

Vivenna: A main character, huh? Vivenna: I sure hope it's when I got all cool, traveling with Vasher, going by the name Azure, taking command of city guards... Hoid: >.> Vivenna: ... Vivenna: I can't even be surprised.

6. Kenton

Kenton: Main character, huh? Suck it, dad. Khris: Aren't you the only survivor of some kind of terrible attack that claimed your father's life? Kenton: Hey, main character status is main character status!

7. Nomad

Nomad: Feels exploitative, frankly. Nomad: "Here is the worst few days of this guy's life. Let's all watch." Nomad: [muttering] I was supposed to be someone who told stories, not someone in them...

8. Marasi

Marasi: So I went from being inspired by stories about Wax to being a main character in a story with him, huh? Marasi: That is certainly...something. Wayne: Ironic? Inspiring? Feminist? Unfeminist? Alarming? Comforting? Marasi: Just...something.

9. Kaladin

Kaladin: Me? I mean, I can see why, I guess. Kaladin: But it seems like it must be depressing. Kaladin: Who wants to read about a hero who struggles all the time not to give into the darkness? Syl: Maybe people who struggle...but want to be heroes? Kaladin: ... Kaladin: ... Kaladin: Oh.

10. Nightblood

Nightblood: Well, of course! Nightblood: People looove slaying evil! Nightblood: And I am the slaying-est slayer of them all! Szeth: ...In what book are you a main character, Sword-nimi? Nightblood: ...All of them, right? Szeth: W- Hoid: Don't even try.

So, i had an idea for a book cover and just had to draw it

Finished version of the Shallan sketch that I had done a while back.

Kaladin in his rarest form: smiling! Nothing too fancy, just wanted to draw him in a less serious light for once. A few weeks ago @lamaery suggested a lighthearted interaction between Kal and Syl for my next Kal painting so if you like what you see, you have her to thank for this one! I originally meant this to be just a sketch but as usual I got a bit carried away and rendered some parts of it more than I initially intended to.
