These same people are the ones that say reading 100 books a year is “unethical overconsumption” and you “can’t possible read that much”. That’s about one book every four days. If your average book is 400 pages and you read about a page a minute (which is average for a literate adult) that’s about 6.7 hours for the book or about 2 hours of reading a day. I think people believe that because they can’t do something then no one can.
