So we've had the first 8 episodes I think, and the crossover. Boy do I have some crazy ideas now!

But that's for another post. This one's about Nora and the whole situation.

So spoilers, obviously.

Nora comes back as Barry and Iris' daughter. She helped stop a catastrophe. Making her already seem like a hero to the team. Nora joins the team and bonds mainly with Barry at first. Then after a rough start, bonds with iris. Nora uses a language that won't be affected by any timeline changes, to write in her journal. When she travels back in time with Barry, eobard calls her dawne. Just an Easter egg? I don't think so. A hint to the tornado twins? Maybe.

What if, on the night of the crisis Barry disappears in, iris gives birth to twins. Original timeline Barry and Iris would have called them Don and Dawne. But after the reverse flash forcing Barry to become the flash earlier than his history, and Barry disappearing, iris names the twins, Nora and Bartholomew.

The twins both exibit speed abilities at an early age so iris fits them both with speed dampening kits in a future where cicada is hunting down and killing metahumans. Nora idolizes her father and frequents the flash museum. Learns of her implant, visits the reverse flash at the museum, which let's her know he can traverse time. He teaches her. For a price. Nora travels back, keeping a journal in a time language.

I bet eobard has the exact same journal in his cell and when she writes in the journal, his is updated. He is showing her how to affect the timeline in subtle ways to achieve a complex plan. Much like he did for 15 years while Barry was growing up.

The small changes would also bring a possibility for eobard to be free from prison. Cicada would be caught, because he has appeared earlier and they know his identity. His goal is freedom.

In the future, altered slightly by Nora's trying to change the timeline, iris disables Bartholomew's implant earlier and tells him about his father and sister in the past. Bartholomew learns to use his powers and turns up in the season finale. And there we have Bart Allen. A slightly younger speedster.

Recent years have seen Archer take place within Archers mind during his coma. Mainly to step away from telling the same stories over and again.

There could be many more seasons to come, using the coma as a way of telling anyone sort of story for archer and the gang. What if they make it to 15 seasons using this plot device. Instead of a 16th season, the finale of 15 has archer waking from his coma, 10-15 years later.

This could be the way back to the spy spoof show we all love. Although it would be a movie.

The movie starts with a now 17/18 year old Abbiejean (Abijean?) Talking to her father and telling him of his mother's passing. The deep love/hate archer has for his mother would be enough to bring his mind back to reality.

Then following a funeral, Sterling decides to set up his own spy agency, to honour his mother. Only, because it's Archer, nothing goes quite right. Cyril figgis, now a rival agency owner working with Lana Kane becomes the new Odin. Hilarious hijinks ensue and through Archer's sheer luck and 'perfect situational awareness' he comes out on top, but still manages to lose money and clients. Archer and Abijean become close and form a father daughter spy duo with the plot of the movie to take out the heads of new Odin and the third act reveals that Krieger has replaced the gang with his clonebots and gone truly mad scientist and plans to convert the world to clonebots. The only reason archer and abijean aren't clonebots is due to archers coma and Krieger simply forgetting about Abijean.

Abijean could infuriate archer the same way he does his mother, only she's a mix of both sterling and Lana so she's better and he hates it. But secretly admires her for it.

This time, regarding the upcoming Matt Reeves Batman solo movie.

I've been thinking about this movie for a while. The whole 'younger Batman' aspect of the movie is intriguing. I've seen people reference the device used in Wonder Woman (the whole movie is essentially a flashback).

This could easily be done with the Batman movie. I know you're thinking 'wonder woman is basically a god which is why it made sense to flashback, without a change to a younger actor. Batman is human, the same device wouldn't work'. But I'm here to tell you why it would.

We don't have to de-age Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne. Hell, we don't even really need Bruce Wayne in the movie. I know, you're screaming BUT BRUCE WAYNE IS BATMAN. I know. But that doesn't mean he cant spend 90% of the movie in the cowl.

The rumours going around the mill are that it's going to be more sort of a noir detective movie with the penguin being the main villain.

So you have Batman hunting down the penguin, dealing with Jim Gordon and the GCPD. Trying to stop an influx of weapons and drugs into Gotham. Hell you don't even need to de-age Alfred. Say the movie takes place 20 years before justice league. 1998 sort of era. The internet isn't really a massive deal, pop music was a little better, the perfect era for batman to become a myth.

We have already had the line 'one almost misses when all one had to worry about was wind up blowup penguins' delivered by Alfred in the justice league. So this could be that story. An Easter egg that later becomes a plot point. I don't know the ins and outs of the story they'd use, but I can honestly see that a younger actor could play Batman in the suit and not need to pander to the Audience with unnecessary Bruce Wayne scenes. I highly doubt you'd need to see the origin of batman, Bruce Wayne wouldn't need to interact with Oswald cobblepot without the cowl. It could be a true superhero movie from start to finish. The only time we could see the Bruce Wayne persona is at the beginning and end of the movie.

This could give way to other Easter eggs that become plot points. News reports on the batcomputer such as:

'Meteorite crashes in Kansas' (man of steel)

'jet pilot missing after engine failure' (Hal Jordan being chosen as green lantern)

'foreign dignitaries found dead in assumed assassination' (Deathstroke working for the highest bidder)

I admit that those are just ways I think would allow the green lantern to appear without needing to do an origin story. It could be dialogue between Hal and the league.

Hal : 'my jet engine malfunctioned due to the alien technology of my lantern ring and I was transported to Oa where I became a green lantern'

Batman or even cyborg: 'you were all over the news for a very long time.'

Nothing more needs doing. Hal could even be introduced when a new lantern ring chooses another earth lantern. Could be Guy Gardner, he trains Guy.

Guy, Hal and John Stewart have their sort of buddy cop movie which ends with them travelling back to earth to fight the forces of apokolips.

The possibilities are endless.

Batman in the arrowverse.

Facts, Gotham exists in Supergirl 'i thought masks were only big in that other city'- Kara to guardian (confirmation that masked vigilantes are active in Gotham) 'we are moving back to Gotham' - a family after an attack in national city. Wynne even gestures the bat ears while talking about Clarks scary friend. Also suggests superman and batman are 'frenemies' Bruce is alive and well in arrow after being name dropped. Wayne Tec merges with queen consolidated in the flash newspaper from season one. Rip hunter has seen 'dark knights fall'.

So we now know Batwoman is a part of the 2018 crossover event, Ruby Rose has been cast. Which is sick! But I digress!

Obviously for Batwoman to exist in Gotham, batman and the bat family must exist. Or batman at the least. So, what if batman does exist (not only on Supergirl's earth) but is simply a myth. The best part about Batman's work against criminals is as a boogeyman. A story told between the criminals out of fear. Batman's greatest tool in his fight against crime in Gotham.

So, Kate kane, ex military sees the city of Gotham in despair and takes on the mantle of Batwoman after hearing the rumours of a vigilante described as the Batman. She could have links to GCPD where she finds out a few officers have seen the batman. She learns of his methods and adopts them for her own and taking the design of the suit to adopt the feared silhouette of the batman utilizing his reputation amongst the criminals in her fight.

All it takes is for Kate to mention the Batman whilst engaging with the CW league of justice (that's my name for the team ups in the arrowverse). She may not mention him by name. A throw away line when Cisco tries to name her 'dude batgirl, yeah she would be called batgirl'. Kate: that name was taken and she works with the guy who gave me my suit' not only confirming batman, but also batgirl and possibly the robins.
