And Robby and Mo definitely influenced their creation.

Robby's a competitive gamer and missed his friends. Twitch is competitive as hell and always up for anything Robby wants to do. She does what he wants.

Mo wanted a big brother who would never leave her. And Thrash is very rarely seen without Mo. If Mo's got screen time Thrash is never far.

Then there's the triplets. The Maltos were in danger both immediate from the cave in and they were scared for Dot. Hashtag, Jawbreaker, and Nightshade are all much bigger and stronger. Jawbreaker whose name is Mo's favorite candy.

(worth noting that Skywarp was the one holding the emberstone when it finally reacted - it was not reacting at all to mo and robby or the terrans just prior)

Then there's the behemoth Aftermath who came into existence when Breakdown was feeling cornered and ganged up on. And Twitch was obsessed with training a bunch of lookalike drones and getting so frustrated that they weren't smart like her. There's definitely a pattern of the users, human or transformers, molding the Terrans with their own desires and wants.

But it's also worth noting that they do have differences. Like how Twitch is super into rules and loved doing chores even though neither Robby or Mo did. Like how Nightshade knew their own name without being told and they're super independent compared to the other Terrans. Like how Thrash starts getting more skittish and wary going into season 2 over his very daredevil persona in season 1. The Terrans do seem capable of being more than what they were created to be. Though the Terrans didn't have any autonomy over their base creation they do seem capable of changing and becoming something other than what they'd been made to be.

And then there's the puppeting! The episode where Twitch and Thrash are low energy and straight up control Mo and Robby!! Thrash makes Robby jump out of his seat and say what he was saying! I love it it's so horrifying (and this is a plot point that will come up one and only one more time in this show and it's a bit underwhelming the potential The Potential!!) The kids and the terrans are connected physically as well as emotionally and there's so much lost potential on how legitimately horrifying that is.

A major problem with the writing in ES is that the authors operated with the expectation that the audience won't think too hard about anything. The cyber sleeves (or as I sometimes call them 'creepy sleeves') are nightmare fuel, yet the show hypes them up to the point that the emotional connection being lost is treated as far more serious that Robby almost dying in Disarmed.

The thing that sticks out the most about the sleeves is that they're the perfect ass pull for writers that can't stand toyetic concepts. It's abilities change as the plot demands whether it's new powers or the emotional connection suddenly not being a thing.

And yes, the sleeves are nightmare fuel. It is kinda funny to me how the show so clearly doesn't share the same sentiments. It's a real wonder how no one in the show was a little creeped out by it. Especially since it's aware and probably watching them somehow. Or maybe it's hooked up to their brains somehow. Oh, if the genre was horror. I also wonder if it's connected to some external source. If you think about it technologically, then all the kids are on the same network. Is the Ember Stone the server or are they connected to some other thing? Really going to have to finish the series.

Our rescue dogs are battling a contagious canine cough, and it has left some of them weak, exhausted, and struggling to recover. Seeing them lose their strength breaks my heart because they rely on us for everything.

The veterinarian has examined the dogs, and we’ve already isolated the sick ones to help stop the illness from spreading. Now, the remaining dogs urgently need vaccinations to protect them before more become sick.

We care for 45 dogs, and the vaccination costs $30 per dog, for a total of $1,350. Right now, we simply can’t do it alone.
