ᯓ★ Studies : As a gifted kid, she was able to get her MD at 20, after double majoring in Neuroscience and Theater, Dance & Media in university. This resulted in her spending about five weeks in a hospital afterwards due to burnout effects.
.✦ ݁Occupation : Deciding to start her surgical residency around the same age as possible peers, she decided to take some time off medicine and instead giving a shot to joining the FBI, as it was also a field she'd been interested in. She is currently an FBI trainee, sometimes lending a hand in cases thanks to her medical expertise.
ᯓ★ Family : Her mother kind of abandoned her. She ran away after her mother remarried and had a son, and though her stepfather reported her as a missing person, her mother dismissed it and didn't look for her. She was in the foster system for years. She doesn't admit to having a "family", but she considers her pets her little family. Not quite her children, but not quite strangers. She cares, they care... And she's not had that from anyone beside her therapist in a long, long time.
.✦ ݁Personality and relationships : She gets along with anyone she encounters, always being polite and trying to serve others however she can. She is nearly unable to fully trust anyone, though, and it can take up to a year for her to start trusting someone new.
She is especially close to Will Graham, her teacher and mentor, although it is highly speculated among her colleagues and fellow trainees she's slept with him. She did, once. Then they somehow resumed a perfectly professional relationship, likely due to how inconvenient it'd be otherwise.
She often mentions a therapist she sees as a mother figure. She is also fond of agent Ardelia Mapp. Her inner circle is rather small, but she's the kind of friend who's always there for you, even after years of no contact.
