TERF literally just means Trans Exclusionary Radical Feminism. You exclude trans ideology in your feminism, because you believe it's misogynistic. It's not a slur or anything, it's just an acronym. And if you equate it to "Feminazi," we aren't attacking you because you're feminists (because I am a feminist who loves other women and others affected by same-sex oppression). I don't have to exclude or include any outside ideology into any other ideology. Feminism, fighting for female liberation from the patriarchy, is a cause worthy enough to stand on its own.

There's no acronym for disability exclusive Black power, or immigrant exclusive gay rights, or abuse survivors exclusive communism. It wouldn't make sense to have a term for any of these things. The only reason terf was created was to demonize radical feminists and lesbians.

And even with those examples above, none of them really compare because trans ideology often runs completely opposite to feminist ideology. Trans ideology is based in the patriarchy which feminists are fighting against. It's a subset of the patriarchy. So terf makes even less sense since it's redundant.
