A jolt of white hot electricity lit up the darkness of the sunless planet, enveloping the half melted mech in Kaon's clutches and pumping enough volts of raw energy to liquify whatever inside the now glowing chassis.

Prowl doesn't kill without issuing a warning. It's possible it's an Autobot aligned rebel group I suppose, but something about this place doesn't feel right.

Energon clouded up his field of vision, only his left optic that faced down the hallway had a small window to see anything-but it was all so blurry it didn't really do him any good.

Ratchet was in the middle of hurriedly getting Damus' internal temperature down when Pharma finally came strolling in. Despite his irritated gait-the surgeon had managed to somehow get from Delphi to Cybertron within the 5 minutes Ratchet had demanded. Maybe there was a god after all.
"Well? What's so important you insisted on wasting my time?" Pharma asked as if he were asking a naughty sparkling why they had crumbs on their face.
Ratchet pushed his own irritation aside, instead grimacing at his colleague while pushing several liters of anti-freeze into Damus' lines. "Shadowplay rejection, not sure what region of his brain module's corrupted but his frame is practically digesting itself."

The medi-jet chewed his lip, clearly tempted by the chance to put his name in the next medical textbook as the pioneer of a new procedure. "Fine, I'll need assistance keeping him stable, a large operational bin, as many gallons of active nanites as you can get me, and I'll need as much of the DJD's stock of 'Nuke' or whatever ridiculous name they're calling it now if his spark is going to stay alight."

"Understood, we may yet need those if this keeps up. Do you have any idea what makes this stuff different from regular nucleon? And how much and often he doses?"

Ratchet shrugged as he handed the tool over and checked Tarn's vitals, "Considering how well the Dinobots turned out under Wheeljack's supervision-I imagine Prowl was concerned instead of a Black Shadow we'd just end up with a squad of Overlords."
"Well that was partially Wheeljack's fault for not considering brain capacity. Surely if we used a better subject-"
"We'd still need to source ununtrium. Plus the plans for the Phase Sixers died with their creator so we don't know exactly what went into that project. Prowl tried this conversation with me centuries ago, there's just not enough leads."
Pharma watched the hologram as his saw whirred for a moment; then began cutting into the skull tissue. What to you know, those Decepticon medics hadn't been lying after all. "Yeah but now we have half the Decepticon army, surely Soundwave has those details, right?"
