Did I put this in my Brainstorm Playlist because I feel like it fits? Yes, this guy has bad karma to spare, and I feel like he blames himself a little so it fits
Is this 100% a Drift song? Absolutely yes. Who better than him can know the Naraka? Even though they don't adhere to human religions obviously, I feel Drift is particularly Buddhist coded. So it fits.
Naraka is the Buddhist version of Hell basically, but unlike Christian hell, it's a place where you stay only a given time. You exhaust your bad karma and then you can start your next life.
Obviously it shares a name across other Indian religions.

I love how in MTMTE both Whirl and Drift are characters consumed by a facade. Covering for their past wrongs and traumas by calculating every action to get a desired reaction. Whirl wants to be hated, he wants to be pushed away, he wants to die. Drift wants to be accepted, be part of the group...but it can only ever be surface level because he can't show his true self.
I think if they truly interacted for more than five seconds it would be a matter/anti-matter collision and the universe would explode.

Totally forgot I made this a few months back. I planned on making a drift figurine with clay but as you can see gave up halfway and now he is kirbyfied. Im gonna try painting him and maybe if he turns out okay I will make him a little Ratchet one.
