When I first played Darkest Dungeon 2 (yes, I played the second game before the first. My first time playing original DD I sucked so bad that I died during the tutorial) I saw Sarmenti

(^ lady pictured right there) and genuinely just thought she was a woman. DD does not often oversexualize their girls' designs or feel the need to give them massive titties so this tracked to me. Her name, Sarmenti, was also extricably feminine to me so I did not question it.

It took my girlfriend correcting me a few days later to realize that she was written by the devs as a guy. Reminder that this is the indie game who makes women that look like this

so I straight up did not realize that Sarmenti was not intended to be a woman until I played her Hero's Shrine events where they he/himmed her and showed her face under the mask. I mentally did decide to canonize her as a girl though, she's still my funny jester lady.

Having seen some births now i can say that dog birth is amazing cos they just slip n slide out one after the other like a little conveyor belt. And theyre so little and unformed. And then UNGULATE BIRTHS ... are amazing for the opposite reason which is that 10mins after being born they are filing their taxes. Unless they are goats, in which case they are committing tax fraud instead
