07/09/2012 Workout Plan + Details
Hey dolls. I feel great today and I know it was because of the great workout I had lastnight. I am really not a professional, but overall have gotten great results in a short period of time. Please don't shoot me if I label these exercises wrong!
7:30 PM - 8:00 PM: Cardio Tredmill
8:00 PM - 8:30 PM: AB Crunches (5 sets of 20) Leg Raises (5 sets of 20)
8:30 PM - 9:00 PM: Cardio Elliptical
9:00 PM - 9:30 PM: Barbell Back Squats (5 sets of 10) x 2 Leg Lift Squats (5 sets of 10/ each leg) x 2 Diagonal Leg Squats (5 sets of 10) x 2
This morning (07/10/2012), I was able to get a quick 20 minute cardio workout by selecting a free "on-demand" program on my TV. It consisted of running in place, jumping jacks, etc.
I have been alternating days with cardio, so today I will strictly do cardio. Monday (Abs), Wednesday (Legs & Gluts), Friday (Abs), Saturday (Upper Body) and Sunday (Lower Body) are my workout days and Tuesday and Thursday are cardio and/or rest days depending on my mood.
Hope everyone can get some insight on my workouts. Honestly, I would love to share my insight on meal plans, but I'm all fucked up in that area, excuse my French, =).
