You do not need to dedicate yourself endlessly to one practice to achieve a purpose; allow yourself to oscillate freely between them all. Experiment. You are not one dimensional: treat yourself as such.

This is a personal post, but I am imploring and begging all of you to meet trans women in your real life. Knowing trans women made me the man I am. I owe everything in my life to trans women. I am begging you to learn the name of a trans woman living today in your community. I am so grateful to the trans community and the trans women in my life for giving me a safe place to exist truthfully as I am.
