yeah, i know it sound hypocritical to be talking about "stealing" when we in fact, usually don't own the source material ourselves, but this is transformative work and we need to respect the creations fans make no matter how we choose to create it.

and by respect i mean ALWAYS reblogging things from the source if posted on tumblr. if you want to add your thoughts on something, please do! but in a reblog! and if you want to share something someone else made on another platform, make sure people know who made it. just straight up reposting something without credit makes people believe you are the creator, and that's not fair.
