Being out shone by a phesant! As you can see I'm no super human but during lockdown from home I lost over 2 stone. I thank @dannydobsonpro for that. But what I'm trying to say if I can do it anyone can. I'm not more special or more stronger than any of you out there who's trying to get into shape with toned abs. It's all down to how much you want it and will stick to healthier choices. Yes you can still have treats but have them for what they are...treats, meaning not every day. You should be treating yourself mostly with fitness as the rewards are huge, good clear mind and mental health will increase for a start including your skin not to mention all the weight loss and or muscle growth! Some days we all feel like we are falling over and over again with our constant fails, how do we get back up? Well we have to get back up by doing one thing first and it could be really hard but it's the most important step. We need to do one single positive thing for/to ourselves first just one little thing. It could be as small as having another shower or going for a brisk walk, then make sire you follow that next step with another positive action and another one aiming to help others will also make you feel good.
