Shared interests, one of the reasons I liked Supernatural was the soundtrack had so many of my favourite bands on it. It helped get me hooked early on. Music is extremely important to Dean and he has excellent taste in it. I'm a brilliant passenger princess. I love to go on drives but can't drive. So snacks, massaging tense necks, DJing, maps, whatever. I'm ready. I feel like he'd appreciate that too. Watching every movie ever made and a good chunk of my vocabulary being quotes? Yes and I don't know how many times I've had to explain why Dean's pop culture reference was hilarious. Shared humour can make or break these things.

And I would love to introduce Dean to the keto diet whilst spending life together. I feel like having someone cook extremely meaty meals would be great for him. He enjoys food, let's male it enjoyable.

The first link is the blog that the poster created , new . Talking about a critical about all the cast , dont shy away , dont try and say that things happened years ago , they still happened . Then the second link is the ranting post about how everyone is basically picking on Jensen for something that happened years ago ! You couldnt make this shit up !

This is clearly an aa disguising as a "general SPN fan" and trying to police fandom.

Yes, TW was 5 years ago and J2 made up but the ongoigg criticism is valid bc a) Jensen NEVER took responsibility for the fallout and b) still owes the fandom an apology for the rift his ego trip caused.

And why do people still bring up prequelgate? Well, bc there's a pattern with Jensen (and CMP). Trying to overtake a brand of an established show with a prequel or spinoff. We saw it with the OTH sequel, with TB which resulted in VR and now they (Jensen and showrunner Elwood Reid) push for a Russell Shaw Tracker spinoff.

There's also a pattern in not taking responsibility for his own mistakes. The newest one is blaming the crew for his inability to create a halfway believeable sex scene.

There's a bunch of receipts where Jensen's ego is off putting in recent interviews, so yes, people have the right to criticise his behaviour. Him throwing Jared under the bus on a talk show watched by millions.

So, this pathetic attempt of policing fandom can suck my imaginary dick bc I will continue to speak my mind. Jensen Ackles won't get a pass here just bc he's hot as hell and a charmer.

Also, I keep looking at his mouth too. They're at opposite ends of the spectrum. Jensen has the prettiest healthy full lips that women pay a fortune to achieve with a needle. And Mishap I think you genuinely could strike a match off the crusty things, like cowboys would off their stubble. And they're so pale. He genuinely looks unwell they're so crusty.

It mirrored and wrapped up themes that had been there since the first season. Which they didn't watch.

Dean went out saving kids, just like he did when he originally should have died in Faith. His way of dying, his idea of happiness and a happy ending being Sam getting to have a life, all of this is things he's said for fifteen years. The callbacks to pilot episode lines and even wardrobe. Jared and Jensen poured their hearts and souls, literally their blood sweat and tears, into that finale.

The series finale was a bookend for the Winchester Gospel, and in the end everything came down to Sam and Dean.

Because that was the show. Sam and Dean together, saving people and hunting things.

He didn’t bring it up. Somebody asked him a question about it you moron. That’s how conventions work. People ask the actors questions to answer.

I heard that he only married his wife to cover that but i doubt thats the case, i read a lot of stuff about their marriage. But yeah most of them say its because he never showed being really attracted to women or bc of his "loveless" marriage. But then again it comes off as oh if he was in a happy loving marriage with a women he isnt gay. I am not saying being gad is bad or anything dont get me wrong.

Whew, that’s a tough question there anon, but I’ll do my best to navigate those waters.

So ‘Jensen is gay’ rumors have followed him AT LEAST since he was on Days of Our Lives starting back in 1998. Possibly even before, back into his modeling days. Back on DOOL, there were rumors of a relationship with his friend/costar Austin Peck. Granted, there was no evidence of that. Just attractive young men being friends was enough to fuel the rumors and some unfounded bts stories.

He was in relationships with a few women during the next years pre-supernatural.

Then SPN started. Enter Jared Padalecki. As we all know, they had famously instant chemistry and became the best of friends out the gate. Jason Manns (who Jensen was living with in LA at the time) has told the story at cons about how Jensen came home after meeting Jared and couldn’t stop talking about him. I can’t remember if he said “smitten” or “a man in love” here. Though both have been used to describe early J2 talking about each other. Even though it was not intended to be taken in a romantic way.

That chemistry irl and on screen instantly led to not only the first Wincest fic being released mere hours after the first episode aired, but also Jared becoming the first Alpha in fanfiction and Jensen the first Omega. At the same time, the J2 tinhats started coming into existence and the gay relationship rumors between Jared and Jensen took off in full force. Once again, no true evidence. Just rumors and their undeniable chemistry.

Both were in relationships with women, during all of this. Eventually meeting and marrying their wives. The wives were both accused of being beards. The gay rumors were just as strong after they married as before.

Another thing you have to know about J2 is…..well, they really don’t help those rumors very much. Those two have a very unique male relationship. They are so close. They say they are brothers on tv and in real life. They are definitely more intimate than your typical bro’s are. Though they have never done or said anything inherently homosexual.

Anyway, when I say there are tons of things like this I mean there are tons. Find some J2 tinhat blogs and read up if you are interested.

Am I a tinhat? Technically no, but I like to joke that I keep on buried in the back of my closet because sometimes you see things like this and go “boys! What are you doing?!?!?” They make it hard not to want to believe sometimes.

As much as I don’t want to mention this, because it’s not my side of the fandom. To answer this question fully I do have to bring up the Cockles shippers. These are the people who think that Jensen and Misha are in a real life gay relationship. There is no evidence of this either, and it really seems that Jensen barely sees him as a work friend. The Cockles shippers are believers though. So if you want more information on that you can search for those blogs as well. Though take their evidence with a grain of salt and verify what really happened because they are known to edit things to go their way?

TLDR; Pretty boys often get called gay. J2 has a super intimate heterosexual relationship. (That’s my story and I’m sticking to it) Cockles shippers are ridiculous, but they exist.

As far as anyone knows except maybe those closest to him, Jensen is straight. He described himself as being like Dean because he's also "a lover of the ladies". His exes have all been women.

“Bisexual lighting” is not taught in film school as a legitimate medium. What is taught is lighting palettes can signify certain moods or atmospheres. E.g as in real life, blue is calming, red can be aggression etc. In terms of “bi lighting”, this is the top answer.

But also it’s used to signify change, either time going from day to night or a change in a person or situation. One of the people involved in SPN was asked about the “bi lighting” and he said it wasn’t a thing in SPN. There’s a tweet for it.

Do many people in the wild even recognise the colours of the bisexual flag? Most don't know any beyond the basic rainbow pride flag unless they're actually part of the community.
