So, I've been traveling since April 1st. Despite my best attempts, I've discovered it's so so hard to stick to a workout routine and make progress while traveling. I've done my best to run and do some cardio, but I know that I could achieve so much more if I had a home or a steady routine to depend on. But, great news! I finally found out that I'll be moving back to my city -- #brooklyn -- December 1. And until then, I'm settling in Myrtle Beach, SC. So, today, I decided i was going to be settled enough in the near future that it's time to start #bbg1 all over again. So I did! I did legs and cardio. And I felt great working out in my new @headtennis_official shorts. I will post progress photos at the end of week 1.
