Hey Guys!! I’ve been under the #weather now for 4 full days & I’m into my 5th. The #tool I’m using to monitor my #Oxygen levels to make sure I don’t have #Covid19 is a Pulse Oximeter. I’ve got the Pro Series ZacVRate 500DL, which is available at #Amazon for $26.99. Normal oxygen levels are at least 95%. Some patients with chronic lung disease or sleep apnea can have normal levels around 90%. Some people with COVID-19 have dangerously low levels of oxygen. Levels can’t dip under 95. It’s Day 5 & I’m still at 98.
