[this is in no way pairing anyone with anyone else nor putting them in an uncomfortable situation.~] [Trigger warning!! Thoughts of suicide, and bullying.] You opened your eyes, sunlight pouring into your blacked out room. Thank God for those black out curtains you bought, you didn’t think the harsh morning rays would do much good on your sore, swollen red eyes. You were almost afraid to see what they aftermath of the night before held when you’d got to brush your teeth. ~the night before~ You sat on your bed, laptop in front of you and CrankGamePlays’, and Markiplier’s voices flood from the speakers. You pressed the home button as more messages came in, all unknown numbers. You click the first one and read: Unknown: why are you still breathing? Shouldn’t you have offed yourself by now? Tears well up in your eyes, you click the next message. Unknown 2: kill yourself you freak. More tears, you click through all the messages, all of which same something to the same extent. You throw your phone down, and cover your face with your hands, unable to hold back the pained sobs. You lay flat, and bury your face into your pillow, soaking it with the salty fluids coming from your eyes. You don’t remember falling asleep, you just remember crying, crying until your head hurt and the bags under your eyes were raw. ~back to the morning~ You sat up slowly, your head pounding and your eyes swollen almost shut. You click the homescreen on your phone, but instantly regret it. More messages had come in telling you that you should die. The tears well up again and threaten to fall. Your mind screamed they were right, but you had to do one thing first. You moved the mouse on your laptop, closed YouTube, and opened Twitter. There you see a flood of your favorite YouTubers tweets. Dropping a sad smile, you click the new tweet icon and tag a few of your all time favorite YouTubers. (Mark, Ethan and Jack) followed by: Thank you for all the laughs and smiles, I just wish things were different so I could see you go much farther. You hit Tweet and it was gone, but it was okay. You knew it wouldn’t matter. You got up, going to get your pills. You hear the light sound of someone tweeting you. And then your Twitter messages begin to sound, sounding like many were coming in. You grabbed the pills and slowly walk back. Dread had set in. You open your notifications and see: Markiplier has tagged you in a post. You click it, confused and worried. Mark: does anyone know @Your username? And do they have their number? You look a bit shocked, clicking to your messages. New message: Mark ( @markiplier ) Jack ( @therealjacksepticeye ) Ethan ( @crankgameplays ), Felix (PewDiePie). All had at least twenty messages. Asking if you are okay. You’re confused, and curious when your phone begins to ring, four numbers calling for a group call. You are scared, you don’t know the numbers and you pray it isn’t the people from before., but you take a shaky breathe and answer. “Hello?” M: thank God! E: we thought we didn’t make it in time! J: Fucks sake! I was so worried. F: *a shaky sigh comes from his end* You: who are you? *you were shaking as is, but you knew those voices, you’d recognized them anywhere.* M: it’s Mark, Eathan, Jack.and Felix.. we all saw the tweet, we couldn’t just ignore it. You: but why me? Others are probably in the same boat as I am. F: we can’t see them, you came out and said something, and we all saw. E: even if we don’t know you on a personal level, it doesn’t mean you aren’t important to all of us. J: you are apart of a big family, you may not think so, but so many people helped us get to you. M: you definitely aren’t alone and people do care for you. You: People text me every day, telling me to end it. No one helps, so why try? J & F: because we care. M: kids can be assholes, but that doesn’t mean you aren’t important to all of us, and the community around you. E: I had people asking if they can help you out too, your never alone. Just reach out to the community around you. *you let out a soft sob* J: please keep fighting.. All: for us? *you let out a chocked yes, as the call comes to an end.* You out your phone down, looking at all the tweets and messages from the community. With a sigh you reply to some, opening up the them. You send quick thank you’d to the boys and close the computer, exiting the room and leaving your phone behind, and starting you day the right way.
