I always had this HC of the Dreamworks Movieverse version of Princess Beautiful from Cat on the Run, becoming the successor to Diane's legacy as The Crimson Paw.
It just felt so right. There is something poetic about Diane, who broke ties with her old feline friend Kitty, would be given a chance to start over with Princess. Hopefully, this time, trying to be a better influence to her so she won't repeat her mistakes with Kitty.

Given Delores only had a brief time as hero and leader of Team B in the books, I want to see her role be expanded beyond what we saw.
I couldn't help but visualize this scenario. Of her understanding what it really means to be a hero. Not caring about accolades or achievements, but doing what is best regardless of odds and hopelessness.

I have a fear for The Bad Guys 3
While I normally try not let small nitpicky details bother me...
What I dread would be:

Diane talking about Kitty and the Bad Girls like they never met, and none of the Bad Girls returning.

Essentially eliminating Diane's backstory and making her less relatable to Wolf as a result.
I don't think the spotlight should primarily be on Diane for the third movie like how it was in the early Bad Guys 2 script. Espically if it's meant to be the final film of a trilogy.
Though I think a balance could be worked out to have both Wolf and Diane as the leads with them struggling through their own problems together.
A good example would be to go through with Snake having his villain arc like in the book series. Thus putting Wolf in a similar situation Diane was when she broke off with Kitty.
A big part of the movie would be the two working together to mend the rift while trying to twart Marmalade and whatever scheme he has planned.
Trying to draw a bit more again so here is Niko, my ISGLOP agent OC, as a moth.
This being a possible animal form for him. Given the The Bad Guys books only had a couple of humans, it be interesting to give my human chars alternate animal forms.

Maureen is unaware that she is being watched by a old friend of hers. A friend who hid a secret from her. A friend who faked her death and joined a secret organization.

Ever since she joined ISGLOP, Diane's been haunted by the guilt she faced for letting down the people who looked up to her. She works alongside the Bad Guys with a smile, but she is nagged by dark thoughts.
Did she deserve this "happy ending"?
She wants to reveal herself. Break the rules of secrecy set by ISGLOP. Apologize to Maureen for all the lies. Cleanse her concience... But she couldn't bring herself too. Knowing that she'll might bring down Wolf and the others with her.
No matter what she does, she feels like she is turning on someone who once cared for her... Like with Kitty...
She could hear her now...
"If you are backstabbing your friends one after another... Can you really say you went good? Or are you lying to yourself because you are a coward?"
