🎊 Last night, we hosted The Official Unofficial Fan Celebration for the 30th Anniversary of Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame with special guests: Don Hahn (Producer), Kirk Wise (Director), Gary Trousdale (Director)*, Tab Murphy (Screenwriter), Stephen Schwartz (Lyricist) and Kathy Zielinski (Supervising Animator, Frollo).
*Gary was unavailable to attend the livestream, but we pre-recorded an interview with him on Friday night that will be shared soon!
🥳 Thank you to our special guests for sharing so many great stories about their experiences working on Disney's The Hunchback of Notre Dame! We loved reminiscing together about our favourite memories and discussing the film's 30 year legacy!

Watched the episode "Rhonda Goes Broke" and usually with this show I have been fine with it doing the "joke ending that nullifies/undermines the character arc" trope But, for some reason this one didn't quite work for me. Idk I found the lesson Rhonda was learning really interesting. Then they immediately yoink it away the second it gets going. Look, I get it, it fundamentally changes her character if they fully commit to this, and this really isn't the kind of show that has major status quo shifts. But screw that I wanna see the alternate reality where she stayed a regular boarders member that sounds fun as hell
