Since spring is here, I've decided to make my own spring tea blends. When I think of spring, I would associate this season with beautiful scent of fruits and flowers. I made lavender strawberry tea blend using dried lavender, freeze-dried strawberries, and dried lime.

If you are a vegan or someone who is lactose intolerant, sunflower seed milk is a great non-dairy beverage that is cheaper than the popular almond milk and cashew milk. I made this sunflower seed milk with 5 ingredients: Raw sunflower seeds, pitted dates (optional), water, vanilla extract, and dash of salt.
