To my 5 followers, we need to talk.

So, last time I updated, I talked about why I was gone and how I had hoped to come back. Well, I don’t think that’s gonna happen anymore. My computer finally gave out which gave me time to think about the future of this blog. I opened this blog about 2 years ago after seeing that a slot for a Black Widow askblog wasn’t taken for the 9319 universe. I was a huge fan of the story and thought why not join and make friends? My intentions weren’t selfish per se, but I wouldn’t have made the blog if I didn’t want to hang out with the other mods. I met so many amazing, kind, funny people that I’m honored to have been able to call my friends. After the starstruck nature of the beginning, I got to actually know these people. It was incredible. The community grew soon after that and I met so many other people and made a family. i think around the time Civil War began and ended, a lot people began to stop posting or disappearing without a word. This pattern continued. People would leave the chat, we’d talk less and less, until we were complete strangers. I’m not gonna sit here and cry that they moved on with their lives but you can see how posting and creating a story became difficult. I was sad lonely, and uninspired. I missed how the group used to be. But I always thought in the back of my head I’d come back. I had plans, arcs that I wanted to do but it just didn’t feel fun anymore. I love Natasha and I love creating stories and getting to tell them, but I didn’t wanna do it alone because that’s not how it started. I just don’t think I’m that passionate about this story anymore. So, the blog is officially on an indefinite hiatus. I don’t wanna say it’s dead in case I do wanna come back but it’s not very likely.

I don’t want this to come off as whiny or petty. 9319 was my family for a long time. I loved them and I still do to this day. It’s hard for me to lose friends and this blog acts as a reminder of that. But I do want to say thank you. I came in to the community simply wanting friends and to talk to Sci, and now because of the people I got to meet, I discovered what I love to do. To create, to draw. I never would have taken it seriously if not for this experience. I cherish every single one of the memories I have with my friends. To those I stopped talking to or fell out of contact with, I have nothing but love for all of you. You guys came into my life when I needed it the most. I miss you and love you all. And to those who saw this blog and decided to give it a chance, who sent in an ask, who liked my posts, you guys kept me going, thank you. Even though I don’t plan to return to this blog, I do have plans to return the @ask–clintasha It was my first passion project and I dunno, I’m proud of the universe I created I love their dynamic and am really excited to tell their story. I’ll be active on my art blog @mariposadraws and though I don’t go on it often I do have a personal account @supermarisunshine. Thank you for everything and I hope you’ll keep up with everything I do in the future.
