Since June is over and July is here, thank you so much for participating and showing love!!! ‘‘Twas a crazy month.. As far as I can tell, he’s the only one who was actively being chased by Scaldra and I still don’t know why considering he would’ve been a civie and wasn’t infected with techrot so Nix this one, twas cleared up in the comments

By all accounts, Amir is the catalyst that led to the reactor situation and subsequently the deaths of the Hex, as he’s the one who gave Entrati the codes needed for it

And he is one of two people that Entrati murdered personally in ‘The Hex’ quest, the second person being the Drifter.
