Until one of them said "Oh my god Who would wanna read a book where the characters are already in a relationship? Is it just so you can read porn?" The fact that someone commissioned Maurice Sendak to draw the CD cover for readings of Shakespeare plays, but they stopped after 2 cause I assume the idea of Sendak giving naked Titiana pearched in donkey Bottoms arms, while Bottoms massive naked hog is incredibly visible. Afterwards they didn't commission him again. I'm literally depressed why didn't they let him do more plays.

I love my public library to bits, top 10 places to go tbh. But I do think the selection is limited and often lacks things I love, like manga series aimed at adults, queer romance novels, non-fiction books that aren't about the US. Along with the fact it's like... older less popular books, especially things like older young adult series and older trade paperback series just don't exist at the library. Using the library sucks sometimes lolol
