it’s been a while

Took a day off from schoolwork and gave myself some time to do personal study

my summer studyspo: rising with the sunrise to be quietly productive - softly embraced by a world still asleep, putting a bouquet of fresh flowers on your desk to accompany your efforts, reading outside in a flowy skirt, taking a sip of fresh lemonade right after finally solving a difficult task, annotating research papers by the sea, going on sunny walks to clear your mind, traveling while dreaming of studying abroad

Good morning folks, I have a big glass of water, my laptop is on and my notes are everywhere. Today's method to defeat the writer's block is to work one hour straight, just writing no deleating and starting all over again. I will report back in an hour with news on how it works out.

today is also the one year anniversary of fracturing my spine and it's pretty much completely healed, minus some stiffness in my shoulder muscles from standing or sitting weird. but i'm very grateful the injury wasn't worse and that i'm fine now!

Since I never study at home, I made my desk into a journaling station

Studying French today after a long break of not practicing. Reading novels in French is a lot harder than practicing by watching shows, but I want to finally feel the accomplishment of finishing a complex fiction novel in French.

had the most amazing day!!! i feel a bit better from the cold i caught, had a pretty productive study sesh and went out for dinner with my lovely family for my brother in law's bday! i feel so lucky for days such as this one
