If it's someone you're already talking to, it could either be off-putting/inappropriate or extremely hot, depends entirely on the context of your conversation. If it's by way of introducing yourself, and you want to share pics that you're not comfortable sharing publicly, that's a little more understandable, but maybe get to know someone first and see if they want to see them.

If it's just out of the blue, no context (which it usually is), well... Isn't it weird just randomly sending *any* picture to someone you don't know, out of the blue? Especially of your own body? It's not the same as an unsolicited dick pic, no, you'd hope everyone knows that's a weird and inappropriate thing to do (but people still do. Why, guys. WHY).

The thing that bothers me isn't the content itself; sure, ok, I like tums, pretty much all of them, tums are great.

But sending unsolicited pics - you clearly want a reaction, or why would you do it? What's my reaction supposed to be, exactly? Am I supposed to go "Yes, you have noticed I am FFA, I like bellies, here is belly, well done, thanks, very helpful". Am I supposed to say "Oooh hello big boy, gorgeous belly, you're looking so plump, you could use a few more pounds on you though, couldn't you, hmm? 😘" Am I supposed to say "Ooh look at you you disgusting fat hog, you've clearly been pigging out like a greedy little glutton, what a fatty you are". What? What is it? Am I supposed to swoon? "Ah, here is the belly of my dreams, please let me help you get fatter, you're the one I've been waiting for, wife me 🥰"
