i like to write things sometimes, so here-
Bakugou took a shuttering breath before a wreaked sob came from him, his chest heaving as he clutched the motionless body closer to him.
His body hurt and it was hard to see past his tears, but he kept pressing on.
He cast a weary glance down at the body in his arms, his chest tightening and his breath catching in his throat before snapping his gaze back in front of him almost immediately.
He couldn't stand to look at the body.
"C-c'mon, dammit... Just.. Just hold out a l-little longer... It wasn't supposed to, e-end like this... It... It can't..."
The ash blond nearly cried out in joy at the sight of the exit, his steps becoming more frantic as they got closer.
They were going to make it.
Bakugou squinted from the bright lights that were suddenly shone in his face as he stepped out of the building before he looked around frantically, crimson eyes searching for a medic.
"H-hey..! HEY! I have an injured here! He's critical! Please..!"
By now he was rushing to the only doctor that had arrived on scene, gaining the medic's attention easily.
The doctor whipped around to face him, quickly barking out orders what to do with the body he was carrying and he complied.
He watched the doctor place their hands on the other's chest, a light green glow coming from them as the doctor began to use their quirk, some sort of healing quirk more than likely, as close the wounds.
The body beneath the doctor took a few shuttering breaths, letting out a couple hoarse hisses of pain before letting out a final breath that made the doctor go into a panic.
Bakugou could only watch in horror as the doctor frantically tried to bring them back, only to curse and look up at him with a pained expression.
"I'm.. I'm so sorry... But, it was just too late for him..."
He felt his heart stop, not caring about the salty tears that dripping down his face.
It wasn't supposed to end like this.
