to me ryan is always going to be the baby of the capitals even as they get new and younger players in because he is the last of the true ovi rookies and the first of tom’s rookies (I would be surprised if tom isn’t the next captain)
So with all that in mind omega ryan who is the most spoilt and bratty omega because he is always going to be the baby of the team. they haven’t had a team omega since backstrom retired and they were starting to feel the effects of it. then in walks cocky and already slightly bratty omega ryan leonard and all the vet alphas are obsessed with him already.
ryan hasn’t left training since arriving without having been thoroughly scented or given random items of clothing and every alpha on the team offering to help him with anything even his heats if he needs it. ryan is utterly confused by all this because being seen as an omega was a bad thing in the ntdp he got a lot of abuse from coaches about it and sometimes other players.
a few weeks into his first season both tom and ovi approach him and ask him to move into the pack house with them so that they can make sure he’s properly looked after and his every need is met.
when he gets there he is shown straight to the team nesting space and then shown his own private nesting space and even without nests they’re glorious and the best thing he’s ever seen.
since moving into the pack house ryan hasn’t had to lift a finger to do anything. the only thing he ever does is train and play hockey games everything else is done for him. after the first week or so ryan is in his private nesting room trying to get off when ovi walks in, when he looks up at his captain and team alpha he sees the most devastated expression on his face. ovi then says he feels like he is failing as team alpha if ryan doesn’t feel comfortable enough to come and ask either him or tom to get him off. ryan is confused because he didn’t know this was an option.
there hasn’t been a day that’s passed since were ryan hasn’t cum because of ovi or tom. he loves being eaten out so that’s usually his first choice and he has a variety with both alphas eating him out because ovi is so enthusiastic and messy with it but tom is so precise and knows exactly what to do to get him off quickest. obviously this ends up with him getting beard burn between his thighs and it isn’t long before the rest of the team figure out that he is open to them getting him off so now he spends most of the day laying naked in the pack nest with a different team member between his thighs getting him off. and it isn’t always current team members there sometimes people like tj oshie who is still lack even if he’s not on the team.
whenever they get a new rookie they’re always shown how to get the pack omega off and the best way to treat them.
obviously ryan treats the pack well and returns the favour and looks after the pack that is his role as the pack omega but sue him if he enjoys the fact that most of the time he gets to laze about having other people doing things for him and getting him off.

ryan has. a complex. because of the way his teammates treat him. he expects to get what he wants, when he wants it. everything should be handed to him right away and if you say no, he will whine and pout at you until he gets what he wants. unfortunately, everyone on the caps is so weak to this power of his. it's hard to resist those pretty eyes and freckles...
leaving without being scented is like a crime. leaving without his bag stuffed full of new items for his nest is also, very similarly, like a crime. he doesn't understand it because why would they be nice to an omega? isn't he filthy and disgusting because he's a boy omega??? why do they all love him so much?????? he doesn't get it, but he's thriving under all the attention. it feels really nice being doted on.
asking leno to move into the pack house is a big move, but waiting for a good half of the season like they normally do is far too daunting a task for tom and ovi. they're not gonna let their pretty omega wait that long before he gets invited. the look of awe on his face when he's shown around the house is something else. it makes something tender tug at both of their hearts, because it's clear he's never felt so comfortable or accepted somewhere before.
ryan is happy. really, saying he's happy is actually an understatement. he gets everything he wants without even having to ask half the time! the only issue is, he forgets to lock his door a lot. he doesn't think much of it, because he's never gotten walked in on before or anything, so he doesn't even bother changing his habits. of course, that ends with someone eventually sniffing him out and being very disappointed that ryan didn't ask someone to help him — of course, who better to do that than his captain? ovi is absolutely devastated and immediately starts talking about how he wishes ryan would have just asked, because he would have been more than happy to get him off! tom would too! it's the poutiest ryan has ever seen a grown man, and it is a little bit funny, but he's a little more stunned than anything. he still can't believe they don't find him disgusting because he's an omega.
leno's thighs are constantly red and achy from constantly having someone's face between his thighs. he doesn't mind it much, since it's always tom or ovi, but then someone points it out in the room. ryan freezes for a second because shit, is it really that obvious? it doesn't take long for the rest of the team to offer running a train on him. and i mean, who is he to say no to that? he's constantly being touched and stuffed full. at some point, ryan starts wondering if he's died and gone to heaven, because there's no way there's anything better than this.
new rookies, alpha or not, are always taught how to treat ryan. of course, omegas are less common for them, but they have plenty of betas coming in. they typically get less TOI if they can't do good by their omega, so... they better learn fast.
ryan's good at what he does. even if he prefers not doing anything, he's still a very good omega and still does his best to get his alphas off as much as possible. it's not his fault if they prefer getting him off!
