SUMMARY
ββ¦Stoop Kidβs afraid to leave his stoop!β
Iβve edited a couple of Buggyβs (2012) stair pieces down to βtrue 1-tileβ sizes β these have less overlap and are easier to use when making curved/corner stair designs (see the bottom of this post for comparison pics). These are add-ons for the Deco Stairs β Various Edits (Simmons, 2025) set but wonβt overwrite anything. Iβve also added some other stair deco objects to complete the new set. Find niche-related repos on this site under the #co2repo and #ts2repo tags.
These objects can be placed over functional stairs to change their appearance. There are several pieces here you can mix and match β youβll need cheats to place them just right.
PRO-TIP: For 2-step and 4-step foundations (not full-sized stairs), I recommend putting functional stairs in the middle and deco on the edges where these deco pieces are placed.
DETAILS
Requires all EPs/SPs.

On the left is the short stair wall and, on the right, are two short stair wall pieces β one on the ground level and another on the foundation level.
On the left is the tall stair wall and, on the right, two have been placed together.
The set includes several stair wall styles and sizes.

COMPARE THE PICS BELOW: At the front-left of each image, is the new "true 1-tile" cover, in the middle is BuggyBooz's (2012) original cover, and on the back-right are maxis stairs. The latter two stick out a bit because they are slightly larger than 1-tile.

MogHughson's Watch TV from all chairs is pretty much required by everyone at this point, but I always disliked how, if there's no seating available, my sims seemed to always route to stand in front of the tv and block people. There's also Squinge's Sit on floor to watch TV, but it conflicted with MogHughson's mod, and it also makes people sit on the floor on community lots, which didn't make much sense to me.
This edit fixes all of that.
With this mod, sims will enjoy the increased viewing angles of Mog's mod, but if there are no more chairs available, they will instead sit on the floor. Only if they somehow can't sit down at all, will they stand. This portion of the mod is the result of me basically combining Mog's and Squinge's mods together.
I have added a check that tells the game that if the current lot is a community lot, they shouldn't sit on the floor. No more sitting on the dirty, sticky floor of sports bars π€’
Note: During testing, a grand total of 1 time, 1 sim sat on the floor of a community lot. I was not able to reproduce it and have no idea why they did it. If this happens to you, please let me know!
Thank you very much to MogHughson and Squinge, whose work this mod is based on.
Making the framed Artig add-ons left me with an urge to fill all my builds with curated print walls. The only problem was that I didn't have nearly enough prints (lies), so...
Here are 80 mix-and-matchable prints on Artig. I collected most of them from Desenio, and also threw in a few I had saved for later use. Some of the prints had readable text so I turned those into Simlish.
Download (SFS) (alternate)
The files are compressed. I included swatches for easy browsing.
Art by Amelia, Ana Patitu, Arty Guava, Dan Hobday, Kate Pottage, Leigh Viner, Mareike BΓΆhmer, Sandra Poliakov, Silja-Marie Kentsdottir, Sophia Novosel, Sylvia Takken, and Desenio's in-house artists.
All 3 chairs (Chevron armchair, SF Armchair and IS Sofa) have been updated - I added the groundshadows to them. If youΒ΄d like them, just overwrite the original shadowless versions.
20 fabric recolors in annas colors for each chair (60 recolors all together)

Isn't it weird, Sims 2 being over 20 years old and someone has yet to make a begonia plant? Or at least I've never seen one. That's why, when I stumbled upon this download from @jacky93sims I knew what I had to do!
I extracted the plant and made a new object of it. I gave it a random GUID (meaning it won't clash with Jacky's version) but if you stumble upon any conflict, let me know. I edited the texture and fixed some small things on the uv-map. It's quartertile-enabled, placable on tables and it has two subsets. Two recolors are included. My version does not require the ts4shadow file, it's using one of the generic shadow textures from the basegame. There is also a second version without the pot (this object is repo'd to the one with pot) so you can use it with other pots as well.
Polycount: 886 / 600 (potless)
Texture: 512x512
Compressed, no mipmaps and as usual you can choose between separate or merged recolors. Do let me know if anything is wonky.

I made a quick mod that affects pet-to-furniture interaction. Basically, it just makes it so that no matter how long they chew or scratch for, furniture will never be destroyed. This was because I was annoyed of training all pets to be perfect and well behaved. Let bad pets be bad! I like to have some sims be lazy owners or I headcannon them as too nice to scold and discipline, but also I was tired of constantly replacing furniture. This is different from MidgeTheTree's mod as that disables scratching/chewing of furniture entirely. This mod still allows the bad behavior to exist, just without the pile of rubble and trash. Enjoy~
goopy gilscarbo is the quagmire of pleasantview. house is full of salacious pictures of himself. probably has a catchphrase too.
sandy bruty is the gail the snail of pleasantview. when she opens her mouth you just know she's about to make an outrageous claim. people know its best to avoid her at all costs.
brandi sounds like kathleen turner.
dustin acts like james hurley from twin peaks. always does that fucking face when he's around angela. the sad and brooding bad boy thats irresistible to her but a bit of a joke to everyone else.
speaking of twin peaks, pt9 speaks like gordon cole, where everything just sounds capitalised. also no one in strangetown can tell he's an alien, they just think he's a little bit eccentric. buzz doesn't like him not cuz he's alien racist, but because pt9 does a better bbq than him.
Dβ LUA is a facemask for teens-elders both males and females. Originally drawn and coloured by Azoth (under the name jiluaΒ / fyrstindeΒ in 2015) in 9 colours.
There are no differences between the CCs, this is merely a re-upload.Β

Have you ever wanted some utilities to make your houses look more realistic? Well, I really did, so I converted SIXAM's Home Improvements set; it's 49 objects in total! π οΈ You'll have lots of things to decorate your basements, garages, bathrooms or backyards. I tried to make as many objects functional as I could, and kept a deco version too, so you can pick and choose.
This was a massive undertaking, took me MONTHS, but I'm glad I did it, and boy am I glad to be done with it too π
You can find the original Sims 4 set here, by SIXAMcc. A collection file is included in the download for convenience. Itβs also low poly and basegame compatible. Also lots of credits !!
Full object list and extra previews are waiting under the cut β
Onto the technicals. There's a lot of info, but the most important is in the blockquote below. Everything you need should be included in the folder.
β οΈ You'll need Midge's Custom Alarm for the Burglar Alarm to work, which I included in the download. You'll also need to keep the craftable objects for the Workbench in your download folder.
You can have every Deco and Functional object in your game at the same time βΌοΈ You can pick and choose what you want.
π§ The Water Pipe Large is repo'd to the Thin one and the Gas Pipe Horizontal is repo'd to the Vertical one. The Drain 02 is repo'd to Drain 01.
There's a working Faucet I cloned from this one by @jacky93sims (you can't wash babies with it). The AC Split & AC Mini Split π¨π¨ are also cloned from her Air Conditioner and are repo'd to each other. They're based on Simlogical Air Conditioning, which regulates a room's temperature. You can read the details here.
The Tank Water heater & Tankless Heater are cloned from @lordcrumps' For Rent conversion here. They should act like solar panels βοΈ and take money off your bills, like his do.
π οΈ The Workbench is cloned from @deedee-sims' functional Woodworking Bench. I've included her craftable objects in the folder, you'll need them for the Workbench to work.
I modified the Workbench Table to work as a Computer Desk, and shortened the Stool so it could be sat upon. Both work well together.
Finding the correct category for each item was driving me insane. If you want to change the category, I recommend using Pick'N'Mix Object Relocator. It's very easy to use! If you load the objects first in-game, you'll get previews to help you sort them out in the relocator.
You do need a copy of LordCrumpβs Shadow Files for the shadows to work though, but I have included a copy in the zip, as always.

I've been hesitant about sharing this as it's a bit fiddly to use. But this default has made my co-existence with community phones a lot more painless, so maybe it'll help some fellow simmer who doesn't mind using cheats.
This default removes the cover and the stand of the community phone completely, leaving only the phone box (previewed on the middle). Handy for placing it against a wall.
The fiddly part is:
You'll need cheats to use this default efficiently. It's easiest to place the phone against a wall with moveobjects + quarter tile placement on. The box will sink into the wall a bit, but won't show from the other side and is still fully usable.
And you can only move the phone from its handle. It's annoying but afaik can't be fixed as editing the bounding mesh of this thing crashes the game.
Since not all community lots have walls to attach the phone to, I made a custom version of CrabOfDoom's community phone booth (previewed on the right) that can be used together with this default. It's repositioned to the in-game community phone booth and will pull any recolors you have for it. For the variety, I also added a recolor that has the stand only (previewed on the left).
More fiddliness: you'll first need to place the booth and only after that move the phone at its place.
Download (SFS) (alternate) - files are compressed. The booth is located under Electronic / Misc for free.
I recommend using this default together with this edit by @dramallamadingdang which removes the phone booth from the neighborhood view. The texture default shown in the preview is this pretty one by @shastakiss.
Credit to @hugelunatic whose community phone default was the inspiration and base for this one!
Update (30.6.2026): The bounding mesh now properly covers the whole phone so you can grab it and click it from anywhere, not just from the handle.
Not a fix but an improvement. I figured out a way to expand the bounding mesh without crashing the game, so this default is now 90% more grabbable and clickable. I recommend redownloading for better life quality.
bunny and bunny related accessories.. all 5 of them.
originally minions in FFXIV and converted to TS2 for your decorating needs(?).
They are all low poly and they are recolourable because why not.
They come with flavour text from the game and you can find them in Kids/Misc.
A named swatch behind the cut! :)

Today I bring you a standalone edit of hugelunatic's Modern Asian Bamboo Vase, packaged with the essential resources from the Modern Asian "Bamboo Shelf of Balance" so you don't need that object if you don't want it.
And of course, I made 20 Sugar Rush recolors of the vase! These will work with hugelunatic's version or my standalone edit, but not with the original shelf due to differing subsets.
Download Edit
Download Recolors

If you'd prefer to only have the Sugar Rush colors, I've made a version of the standalone vase with the textures replaced. All remaining colors are included as recolors, so you don't need either of the previous two downloads.
