Noir’s back and he’s got himself a new look, how? Simple he stole Dewey’s body during another villains attack on Duckberg. When Dewey was looking for a place to hide, Noir pulled him into the shadows and possessed him using his powers to age Dewey to the age of a teenager. However he saw this as an opportunity and told Scrooge that he had actually kidnapped Dewey and was holding him hostage.
