I got rhubarb on clearance and I’ve had these spruce tips in my fridge for a…. while now. Time has run out and I finally need to deal with them today.
I’m going to make a big batch of spruce sugar for the dehydrator, but I’m trying to think of what I can make with the rhubarb that won’t be too sugary so it can make a balanced breakfast for my very busy days go come. Hmmm. Maybe something with oats?
