Okay, my grandma has dementia and we're trying to get her the best care we can on her pension. And also my selfish af cousin refuses to leave my grandma's townhome so we can sell it to help pay for her 24/7 care, so we're having to legally evict him.

Cool, my incurable genetic condition is worse than it has been in years and I'm realizing that chronic pain in all of my joints all of the time is going to be my new normal, despite all of the accommodations my job gives me, while I'm only half your age and no one believes that someone as young as me could possibly be in pain.

My department has been permanently understaffed to the point where if one person is out - sick, on pre-approved vacation, family emergency, anything - then everyone else has to work hella overtime just to fulfill our basic duties (emergency services, as opposed to you making luxury products for rich tourists).

Not to mention the fact that he's married and splits all of his bills/household duties with his wife, he paid off his house with his mom's money years ago, he gets amazing health insurance though his wife's job, and he's basically second-in-command for a luxury jewelry brand.

All while I'm busting my ass just to survive in our HCOL area on my own income. But no, he's got it worse, and it's so hard when his brother has to borrow his camper (god I wish I could afford a camper, but first I have to pay half my monthly income to fix my only car so it doesn't literally fall apart), and he has no free time at all (except for when he takes his boat down the river every weekend).
