Indulge in the rich and nutty flavor of this exquisite pistachio tart. With a buttery crust, a velvety layer of whipped cream, and a generous sprinkling of pistachios, each bite is a delightful symphony of textures and tastes.
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups shelled pistachios. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted. 1 pre-made tart crust 9-inch, baked and cooled. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 cup chopped pistachios for garnish.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. Pulse pistachios in their shells, sugar, and salt in a food processor until the nuts are very finely ground. Blend in the melted butter until everything is well mixed. Mix the pistachios and sugar, and press them into the bottom of the frozen tart crust. Put it in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the crust turns golden brown. Let it cool all the way down. Heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract should be whipped together in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Cover the tart crust with the whipped cream. To make it look nicer, sprinkle chopped pistachios on top of the whipped cream. Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it. Cut it up and enjoy!
