So this is what kept me busy the past couple weeks ^ ^;; As a followup to this post, the MaleFeetandTickling webmaster has been in a serious situation overseas, and so I did a quick fundraiser to help expedite him getting home.

This is the result of a lot of generous donors. I was inspired to make this Halloween-themed based on the timing of when I started, though it’s a trifle late. Still works as a good cosplay. It was basically a huge YCH with some of my OC’s, though I tweaked a lot of things for general consumption. Basically my take on it is that this sports bar is one of the only places on campus where the Halloween costume contest is not always won by women, so of course a lot of guys take the opportunity to dress up (down?)...I mean, ordinarily it’d be no-shirt-no-shoes-no-service, right?

The participants mostly chose the Halloween costumes, but I filled in a few myself where appropriate. About half are generic ones, and the rest are definitely specific characters or people. Wonder how many people can ID w/o tags.

Thanks to everyone for making this happen! There’s been some progress on Mike’s situation, and he’s not out of the woods yet but there’s a light at the end of the tunnel now, at least.

I’ve been in a weird mood since the Fest. I guess since it’s such a reunion-type gathering to me, most of the action there is less antagonistic, and more friendly and playful. Since I was sidelined by a few health issues, I didn’t get a lot of playtime in, and I think I’ve been missing that type of interaction.

Thus I was in the mood for something cuter and lighter recently. While I’ve done the video game setup numerous times, this time I did NOT go after the huge jock (though he was a lot of fun to draw)--I went after some leaner, more youthful guys...still athletic, just not massive. And since I am terrible at drawing Asian guys (they don’t fit my style well IMHO), I thought I could use the practice. I get the feeling these guys may be cousins (by marriage of course) or something.

So yeah. S’where I’m at right now.

I’m afraid I have some very bad news to report:

Site founder of Laughing Asians & MaleFeetAndTickling webmaster, producer, moderator, and our very own TickleDad is in crisis and needs our help now!

After living in the Philippines with his partner for over a decade, TickleDad was arrested and taken into custody just over a week ago for overstaying his visa, and is being detained in dismal conditions which are eroding his health and endangering his life.

Mike and his partner Ricky have been together for fourteen years, but can’t marry in the Philippines, as same-sex relationships are not recognized there. That’s why Mike hasn’t been able to get legal residency.

A crackdown on overstayed visas is a recent policy change due to a change in government, for which Mike and Ricky were unprepared. For over a decade they lived happily in the Philippines without a problem, with no threat from law enforcement.

Mike’s health is in grave danger due to his medical condition, lack of access to appropriate care while he is imprisoned, and his dwindling supply of medicine for the seizures he is having.

Mike and Ricky have insufficient funds for the mess they’re now in. They’ve given of themselves and devoted a big part of their lives to help build the MaleFeetAndTickling community, from which all users of the site have benefited.

Now is the time to show how much Mike and this community means to you. We’ve started a campaign, the “TickleDad Emergency Medical & Legal Aid Fund”, with a target to collect $2,500 in the next few weeks. I have contributed the first $200 so that Mike can get the medicine he desperately needs; and I will give more as soon as I can. Other members have already started contributing.

I actually know very little about Pokemon, but I know Machamp for obvious reasons. And I wanted another stab (poke?) at Glitchportal’s OC Phill, so I put him in this ticklish situation with Machamp at his suggestion. It’s actually got a different main section from the final version, which is a lot more intimate.

Was a lot of fun of course; always a pleasure to perform extensive tummy torment ;-)
