The richness of chocolate is mixed with the sourness of blackberries and the creaminess of coconut in this vegan dessert. Every bite is deliciously crunchy thanks to the macadamia nuts, which make it a primal treat.
Ingredients: 1 cup blackberries. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 cup coconut cream. 1/2 cup raw cacao powder. 1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted.
Instructions: Blend blackberries and maple syrup together in a blender. Mix until it's smooth. Put half of the blackberry mix into a different bowl. Add the coconut cream to the blender with the rest of the blackberry mixture and blend until everything is well mixed. Melted coconut oil, chopped macadamia nuts, and raw cacao powder should all be mixed well in a different bowl. Put parchment paper around the edges of a baking dish. Spread half of the chocolate mixture out evenly in the baking dish. Place small amounts of the blackberry mix on top of the chocolate mix. Cover the blackberry dollops with the rest of the chocolate mixture. To make a marbled look, use a knife to slowly swirl the mixtures together. If you want, you can add more chopped macadamia nuts on top. Freeze the baking dish for two to three hours, or until it's set. If it's not frozen yet, take it out and cut it into squares. Serve and have fun!
