I know its common to say there's no better enrichment for creatives to experience a piece of media that wastes its potential but I would like to raise another contender.
Trailer for a piece of media that you're certain is going to go one direction and touch on a set of themes but then goes a completely different direction when you watch/read/play it.
Because the thing you thought it was gonna be at first ends up free real estate! You can go make that! It rules!!
