I found out today that I really like cooking.

I made myself a light and airy vanilla cake that went well with cream cheese instead of frosting; it made for a good midnight snack and breakfast (my sleep schedule is a bit messy). Then, I had a very good lunch consisting of fried-up corned beef hash with eggs mixed in and a little bit of cheese sprinkled on the top, as well as some vegetables I heated up from a frozen mix. For dinner, I had a simple omelette that turned into more of a cheesy scramble with unfortunately a bit too much oil.

Overall, I've had a very good "birthday" today. I spent time with friends and got a few birthday acknowledgements. I'm looking forward to the next year of my life and I think it's going to be great. Sorry the entire post was about food, but it was most of the events I'm willing to discuss publicly for today.
