Cutting something out of your life because you think you donât need it any more only to realize that it was in fact working as intended and preventing a problem that will return should you stop doing this is a good experiment to run periodically with something small like dandruff shampoo, lest you start to think it would be a good idea to do this with like letâs say public health and the social safety net and vaccines

They/Them is fine but I've been using them more to make it easier for others to not a throw gender at me(35% success rate btw) and less because it actually fit me. A lot of people are ragging on the 'cable diverted to avoid Dobby's grave after Harry Potter fans raise a stink' thing and while I also love ragging on Harry Potter fans being weird, in this case it looks like the story was completely made up.
tl;dr: There's no evidence the interview that this was mentioned in even exists, no evidence the route of the cable has ever changed, and the whole story seems to originate from one dude's podcast.
The story also broke into mainstream via the Daily Mail, who are ... rarely if ever honest or accurate.

I love these two so much. Genuinely one of my favourite sibling duos in all of fiction. I've been meaning to Re:Design them for a while, but was planning on doing all the characters in Re:Zero in order, but fuck it, you know? Oh and like. I was Web Novel first so I had to look up the character designs after reading and when I tell you it was like being flashbanged when I saw the character designs for (basically everyone in) this series.
Jamal is literally the coolest character in Re:Zero and that's not an exageration.
You're telling me that he singlehandedly took down a bunch of dragons, led a charge on the imperial capital during the rebellion, and was chosen as part of the elite squad to stop the ZOMBIE APOCALYPSE??? HELLO?????
That he has impeccable taste in women yet cannot flirt to save his life is literally the most wonderful trait Tappei could have given him like omg. And the fact that he told Katya once that he would never die, and then HE NEVER DIED! FUCK YEAH!!!

Worlds most justified tsundere. Is having to put up with bullshit from everyone in her life 24/7 no wonder this woman has walls up. And yet she is literally so sweet in her own way.
Holes in the ground are her enemy and I have never related to a character more. Also her friendship with Rem literally fuels me you have no idea. (Lowkey it could become more than friendship because Rem is so her type, not even a joke because Rem and Todd are parallels).

hate it whenever a character is canonically with a black girl/woman and then the non-black shippers, ship that person with a non-black character and say they look better/they fit better. i get shipping, and crack shipping but the underlying microaggression in that statement cannot be ignored. iâve been seeing people do this with tom hollandâs peter parker for years now. even recently with francesca bridgerton and michaela stirling and mel medarda and jayce. or when people were open to the idea of tom wellingâs clark kent being with rachael davenport and lots of racists in that fandom were up in arms about a crack shipâŚover a twenty-four-year-old show.
i just wanted to say ive been on tumblr too damn long and its abt to show but i dont think ive seen any dashboard event thats captured Black joy and spread positivity in a way that comes close to the old dashboard Blackouts as the MBC!! Its been so wonderful seeing everyones contributions and the community spirit. (for anyone not knee deep in tumblr lore, Blackouts were dashboard events where the only people who posted selfies that day were Black ppl and it served as a sort of visibility day? of sorts? youd see an increase in antiracist posts and donation posts alongside them as well but they happened pretty regularly. i was too young to remember who organized it if anyone but my impression was always that it was some kind of decentralized tumblr event). It made my heart happy I hope we see many more of these events in the future

But thank you! I think what would be more comparable, and what I really want nonblack people to be more supportive of, is Blacktober! The original event was cancelled due to- you guessed it- extreme antiblackness. But people still draw for it! There ARE Black artists still here, if you actually look for us!
So if you enjoyed the #MBC, you should follow the #Blacktober tag this year (you CAN do that automatically using Tumblr) and really share and support Black creators as they do the same thing! "I don't go to that fandom" who cares? Share because it's good art! We showed our love for Black character design during the MBC, let's show it for Black creatives, Black people too!
